Wish I could give negative stars. Brought my vehicle for inspection just for the guy running inspections to list an endless amount of problems with which he had no insight of cost or potential time to fix. Was completely unpleasant the whole interaction. Got a second opinion from a different shop and only one minor thing needed fixing for my vehicle to pass. Apple Automotive is definitely trying to scam people. Never going back!

Would give 0 stars if I could. When one bad employee ruins the name of a probably decent auto shop. This guy doing the inspections is on some sort of miserable life existence power trip. Waited in line to get my inspection, I was in the wrong spot unknowing and like 5 cars came and lined up In the right spot. The guy came out and told me to go the back of the line. The car That was first in line vouched for me and said it was true. And the guy said I don't care your still going to the back of the line. Crazy considering I needed to bring 2 vehicles here. So long apple automotive. And if any of you are smart you'll pick a new auto shop too.

I have been a customer here since before the name change to Apple. Ray is a quality guy that is interested in saving his customers money and doing quality repairs. I do agree with the negative reviews on the person that does inspections though. He isn’t always very pleasant to deal with. If you read this review know that his demeanor isn’t a reflection on the quality work this shop can do and the money you will save by coming here.

OK...
So I rebuilt my daughters 09 Audi's suspension.
Control arms, Links, Struts, TieRods..ect.
Now time to get it aligned.
She called 2 shops, 1 in Wilbraham, other in Palmer.
Daughter is 21. New to handling service on her own.
Gentleman in WIlbraham quoed 139/hr
labor.
Palmer stated you need 4 new tires before we can
do an alignment.(laughable all rubber is 9/32 +)

Then she called Apple.
80 for the work.

Apple Auto.
Honest.
Hard Working.
Professionals.
With the shortage in labor, they Rocked the job in a half day.
Awesome.
Show Respect and Dont be an idiot and you will get along great.

I took my SUV to be inspected and failed for a safety violation. They got my SUV in 3 days later, fixed the issue and reinspected my suv in an hour. Quick service, good price, no shenanigans. I plan to return for future work on my SUV. 🚙

Lady at the front desk is super nice, but the skinny guy who does the inspections is just a rude tool. Can't recommend in good faith, go somewhere else if you need your vehicle inspected for the state. Good luck!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The owner of this business is extremely unpleasant and disrespectful, with a horrible attitude.

If I could, I would give him no star.

If you need your motorcycle inspected, head to Flamingos on Wednesdays or Affordable Auto Glass Inc in West Springfield Monday through Friday before 3:45 p.m.

Went for motorcycle inspection 2 days
in a row, first day I got there just after 3 and they said they stop inspections at 3. Okay that’s a little early, but no big deal. Next day I was able to get over there at 2:40, and the kid says “done with motorcycles at 2:45”, and I told him what time it was and he turned me away. Owner backed him up, and they were both very cold. I’ll never go back.
