We have had our cars serviced with Michigan City Kia since before they moved to the new location and have always found the service department to be accommodating and thorough. For the last month we had been considering trading in one of our cars for a newer, used vehicle and started the process with Ana. She was very patient and we appreciated that she was so helpful without being pushy, especially as we weren't exactly sure of the moves we wanted to make. Fast forward to last week, when we unexpectedly needed to purchase a vehicle. The whole team at MC Kia was so great to work with - it really felt like a group project - to get us what we needed, which ended up being new instead of used. They worked around our busy schedule and went out of their way to make a stressful situation as painless as possible!

I own a Kia and a Jeep! Best of has an electric worlds! The amazing sales team, service team and in general everyone I’ve met was 10/10 polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. My experience was nothing less than perfect. Also, they didn’t have a bow when I purchased. As they pulled the Kia up front it miraculously had a bow for my wife. Absolutely made our day for the surprise! Thank you for being a great local piece of the Michigan city community!

This is my first time using Michigan City KIA. They did my 8000 mile service. So far I am super happy to find a nice and friendly dealership that I hope can service my KIA from now on. Greeted us as we entered the building! Clean and very modern looking. LOVED the complimentary car wash. ( living in a farming town it was pretty dirty!). Thank you again. I like that they also tell you what you may owe upfront before the service and then call you with the exact total when they are done. When I made the appointment they also gave me the same estimate as when we dropped off for the service.

A man named Kaden Parmley took care of me and my father. I had an amazing experience as Kaden showed us around and helped through the process efficiently. Never felt more welcomed there. I ended up getting my first official care here, a Forte. Rubs amazingly so far and I highly recommend getting a vehicle here. Amazing people on the job!
