Horrible service … tow truck driver had no idea what he was doing , actually broke another piece on my car before realizing he had no idea how to lift the truck .. left the tow truck in neutral backed into my front bumper and ran over his foot at which point I had to run to the truck and put it in drive and pull forward .. after I requested a refund I was told I had to travel to the shop to get a refund even though I had no vehicle , when I arrived I was told I had to wait for the boss to pull up which took an additional hour . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO MY WORST ENEMY!

If I could give them zero I would! My car was unlawfully towed on Friday evening. About 7 o'clock and when I realized that it was no longer in front of my house and called the gentlemen that answered the phone very rudely and disrespectfully told me that I had to wait until Monday and he couldn't tell me how much it would be or why it was towed or anything! So I spent the weekend stranded without my car and when Monday morning rolls around I called as soon as they opened at 8 AM and they still wouldn't tell me why it was told, but they did tell me that it was gonna be $385 to get it out of impound because in theirmined my car had been there. For 4 days from Friday evening till Monday morning. And when I mentioned that the Indiana code and law states that they can't charge me a daily fee until after 24 hours of it sitting there, and they can't charge anymore than a $150 for the tow and $30 a day the man told me very, very hatefully not to tell him how to run his business or what to charge or it will be more when I come to pick up my car and ill pay it or itll sit there until hes legally able to sell my car but either way he'll get his money! This company should be the spokesperson for predatory business practices and abuse of power! Then when I went to pick up my car I asked for an itemized bill and paperwork stating the exact date and time they towed my car and Ray, the owner and entitled old man that I spoke with on the phone, said he would at first then gave me a very generic receipt and when I asked again for the full statement he said that I git all I was getting and kicked me out of the building!

I spoke with an incredibly rude man by the name of Ray due to a mix up with the tow truck (my fault). Ray offered no remedies and acted like he was too busy to help me solve the situation. I was fortunate enough to find another company to resolve my issues.

I had an after hours emergency when my car suddenly wouldn’t start and I know very little about cars. My battery seemed fine and the lights were on for about 15min as I was vacuuming, but it then refused to start. The gentleman who picked up the phone was kind and very helpful, and when he arrived to tow very shortly after he listened to the problems I had and offered to try a jump before towing. We got the car started, he confirmed it was charging, and he patiently explained what I should do next to get it working fully. He was extremely kind, very helpful, and I cannot recommend this company enough. If I ever get stuck or need a repair in the future Moore’s will be my first call hands down.

I've had work done on both of my vehicles with Moore's . I found their prices to be fair and manageable. Their tow drivers are so polite and courteous. Willing to give you any information that will help ease your mind. The mechanics at the shop are friendly , helpful and honest. I would recommend having your vehicle repairs done with them if you want it done right.

Friendly atmosphere. Very helpful. Fast service. Accurate diagnosis and josh took the time to explain what the faulty parts function was and it's effect on my vehicle. I had a diagnosis from the local GMC dealer and they said the Timing chain was slipping and blown head gasket and somthing about a bad exhaust cam. I'm glad I went to Moores for a second opinion. Great mechanics there for sure.

I LOVE these guys! I was on vacation with my kiddos and ended up with a flat tire. They promptly found me despite not knowing where I was located, took me and the kids to the mall while they fixed my car, picked us up within an hour to take us back to my fixed vehicle. They were a HUGE blessing when I was having a rough morning. They went above and beyond anything I could ever ask for. I don’t live in Indiana but if I’m ever in the area and need help I’ll be sure to call them! They also didn’t charge as much as I expected so I’m grateful for that! Me and the kids ended up being able to finish our vacation quickly because of their kindness! Thank you again!!!

From start to finish, Moore's was professional, fast, and friendly. My car broke down on the highway in Indiana on the way from Chicago to Michigan at 4pm on a holiday weekend. Moore's was prompt with a quote, and Steve showed up within 30 minutes. He went above and beyond to provide a positive experience out of what was a very stressful situation. I'm grateful I called Moore's, and would highly recommend them to anyone!
