I called and spoke with Kim to make my apt. She was amazing! When I got there the next day John went over everything with me. My husband usually takes care of the vehicles so I didn’t know a lot of the information he asked. He was very funny and patient with me. It was a great experience. Great customer service all around . I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here for service.

It was a recall and they provided a replacement vehicle and it was very easy and simple for us. The only part I didn’t like was because my wife dropped it off, they sent us 4 recommendations for the 2024 Jeep. Air filter, cabin filter, drain and change brake fluid and they said the lug nuts were “tough”. I have done three of my own oil changes and I rotate the tires each time. So because the steel lug nuts had been used 3 times they tried to recommend that she spend over 400$ to replace them. They said only 2 were good. Come on I expected a little more class from a dealership that we purchased the Jeep from. I would have expected dumb recommendations from some shady used car dealership…. In total they recommended over 900$ in replacement filters, fluid and lug nuts. Not very impressed with their integrity of “recommendations”.

Anthony in auto body went above and beyond for the very tedious fix of my Jeep. Although it took some time to repair, he made sure he pushed for it to get done every step of the way. He kept me well informed throughout the process and even took the time even in his personal time to ensure I was updated. By the end of my repair, I felt like he was a friend or even a part of my family. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and all around had a huge heart/true passion for customer service and placing the customer first. I’ve had my fair share of time spent at dealerships and have never had such a pleasant experience. My Jeep looks absolutely fantastic and he did what he could to go above and beyond and compensate for the extra time that it took with generosity and kindness. I don’t think I would be able to say enough pleasant things that would give the experience or Anthony true justice. Hats off!

I've been bringing my Jeep here for service the last 2+ years and I feel well taken care of and believe my car gets great service. I don't feel pressured to buy or upgrade anything unnecessarily. Even when I tell them I'm not in a rush to have my car completed they still have me out of there in good time! Highly recommend for service and great customer service. Very professional!

Thanks to John Soars! Our Purchasing experience at Central Jeep has been nothing but great! A couple months ago we bought my wife’s Grand Cherokee L with no pressure or stress. John Soars made our purchase as simple as possible. He even presented us with a better option to purchase. A month later we needed a second vehicle. I called John about a Gladiator on their lot and through the phone had everything set up including the best possible price. I picked up the vehicle a couple days later. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the entire buying experience and promote Central Jeep to our friends and family. Other notable staff to mention are the Finance Managers Greg and Tom for their easy, non pressure processes. We are happy we chose to buy from your dealership!

I highly recommend Anthony at the body shop. I brought in my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for corrosion issues and worked with Anthony. I cannot say enough kind things about him and how professional he was during the process. He went above and beyond to be accommodating and to get my Jeep in to get the work done in a timely manner. He took great care of my vehicle and after a week I was able to get my Jeep back looking fantastic. Linda at the body shop office was very helpful as well. Thank you so much!
