I love that they do focus on the arts. I feel it could be so much better with more professional administration. Be careful if your child is non verbal they seem to have a theme of aids grabbing students by their arms and covering it up from administrators on down. It's not one student or one time it's multiple. The main Teacher in the class is fantastic but I'm concerned with others.

I appreciate this school in more ways than one. It's a school that pays close attention to the mental well being of each child. It is shaping our kids minds to be the greatest in all facet of life. My daughter loves the school it allows her to spread her wings and soar! The teachers teach with patience and it shows. Kids are learning as well as expressing who they are through the arts which is awesome. They learn academically and arts. I wish we had that in school. Great principle and teachers! I recommend this school.

I love the concept of an arts based school, especially since I'm an upcoming art teacher. However, when I came in to observe children create art, my colleague and I were treated like we were unwanted. While we were sent out of the office to wait, one of the (I believe teachers) were yelling at the kids in such a rude manor. Some of the teachers are wonderful on the other hand! I just wish I hadn't seen what I had that day. I didn't feel welcomed or wanted there. Please, be sure to really look into this school before putting your kids in it.

Besides that there is no parking lot for visitors, the staff and kids that go to this school are so humble and energetic.

Their principle is caring and he has a cool vibe to his presence. I would volunteer here anytime!

My four year old currently attends coit and my 15 years old went there for elementary
Coit is a good school especially for little artist. My children learn compassion and creativity along with alllll of the other necessary things they need to know to prepare themselves for the world
