I usually do my own repairs on my truck, but I did not have the time for this one. Bay State Muffler got me on their schedule right away and got the repairs done very quickly. They drilled out 2 studs and replaced the exhaust manifold, plus a new muffler. Went with the Magnaflow on their recommendation and the truck sounds awesome now. Very happy with the quality of their work!

I can't recommend Bay State Muffler enough. I had a rattle sound emanating from my exhaust system on my 2015 BMW that I fully believed would need a new muffler (and several thousand dollars) to fix. Upon arriving at Bay State, the technician performed an analysis and found it was a very minor component that only needed a quick weld to fix. They refused to accept payment for the fix although I concede I should have tried harder to compensate them for their efforts. I sincerely appreciate the service and integrity shown by Bay State Muffler and the least I can do is write this review and spread the good news.

This place is amazing! Ron and Dan and the whole team here is so good to work with! They work very quickly, are super chill and knowledgeable, and the price honestly was way less than expected.
Being into cars can be a headache sometimes, and there are a lot of shops that will price gouge and do subpar work. It’s nice to know that are still great people doing great work in the auto industry. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

Unassuming-looking place but what a great experience. Toyota Danvers, another great place, recommended it and they fixed my muffler in less than an hour at a very reasonable price.

Stopped by Bay State Muffler today, and am still in awe at their craftsmanship. Great customer service, very fair pricing, fast turn-around... and they didn't nuke my exhaust system as other places suggested saving me $$$$. Personable workers, 2-year warranty on their work. I'm impressed!
