Engine failure due to faulty spark plug. Engine replaced after it was determined part of plug had fallen through to bottom of engine.
Lesson learned is to check plug if engine starts running rough for no apparent reason.
No cost for replacing engine as it was under warranty.
I am now in Knoxville Iowa. Several hundred miles since picking it up on Sept 11th. No issues. Engine running smooth.

I was stressed out today when I got my car maintenance done ..One of the associates asked me if I needed a massage . He took me to the room with the massage chair . I didn't know that even existed , I was rejuvenated and so was my car ! Friendliest staff , great place and wow , a massage chair , what more can you ask for ? Amazing !

The Service Center is amazing. When I had an issue they were the only dealership within 100 miles that said “come right in and we will get you taken care of.” They are the only service center that will get my business and they just keep on impressing me - from the friendliness of the staff to the fast service I receive.
Aiden in the service center is phenomenal! I cannot say enough good things about this business - 5 ? for sure!

My Service Agent got me in and out quickly. Any issues identified were resolved quickly & efficiently. He stayed on top of everything until completed and got me back on the road. Living in Southern Illinois, it is a little over a hundred miles to D-Patrick Ford Service Center. The Service Agent and technicians make the 200+ mile round-trip worthwhile.

The service department is amazing! I needed to get in for an oil change at the last minute so I could go out of town for a family emergency and they made it happen! As I sat in the waiting area a service employee named Zach walked through & noticed a trail of water from the front door as it was raining. No hesitation, no one told or asked him, he volunteered to get a mop, clean the area & even put wet floor signs down. Zach needs to be recognized. I told Casey & he thanked me for mentioning it & wished he had more employees like Zach. Truly a great experience waiting for my truck. Thank you Zach, Casey & Erica.
