I took my daughters to a class here over the summer! We’ve always wanted to take an aerial class together and came across Om Studios! I’m so happy we did. There aren’t many in our area so i was glad i came across it! Sanjyot is a great teacher, an awesome person and is very helpful whether you’ve had experience with aerial or are a beginner (young or old)! My daughter recently took the inward/outward class & fell in love with it! It’s great for mind, body & soul. i can’t wait to take more of these classes in the future! I highly recommend Om Studios! Very welcoming & so much fun!

In just a few short weeks, I’ve come to absolutely love Om studio central. I take the aerial silks class and it is so much fun. Sanjyot is fantastic at getting you to trust your own body and your intuition, and under her tutelage I’ve been able to push past several mental blocks and do new things with my body I wouldn’t have thought possible. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing experience! Tried the aerial conditioning class and it was so fun and a great work out too. This was my first time and Sanjyot was very accommodating and an encouraging teacher. My fellow students were supportive and the studio space has such a great feel. Will definitely be going back for this unique experience!

My daughter and I had some time to spend together and instead of the typical mall/ restaurant/movie plans. We took a class together. Experiences are so much more important and memorable. We were lucky to get a semi private class. And it was priceless. We lucked out with the owner and her teaching style and sequences to cater our different levels was amazing.
With this private class she was able to customize our class to bring flexibility and creativity to our sequences. We both left smiling and laughing. My heart was full and mind was light.
I felt like a child playing with my daughter and all the stress from outside responsibilities melted away.
We will be back and I will also be booking for birthday parties.
This studio has a place for all levels. We felt so welcomed and grateful for our time. If you’re questioning it. Just call and take a class you will not regret it whatever age and fitness level. I promise!

I’ve been on a fitness journey looking to try new and exciting classes. This class checked all the boxes for me! so fun so new and different. The instructor was very intentional made sure everybody was doing well. Asked about prior injuries and how you were feeling at the moment, I am so excited to go back, and do it again 🙂

My mom and I signed up for our first class here and didn’t know what to expect. We were delighted to find such a friendly and warm presence in Sanjyot; she guided us through each yoga pose with care and helped us feel grounded and centered before we began on silks. We found a lot of relaxation for the mind and the body in her guidance. The studio also deserves a mention as it is beautiful. Overall a delightful experience.

Absolutely loved the class! The energy was so positive and welcoming. The instructor was super friendly and made the dance moves easy to follow. The class was a perfect mix of fun, fitness, and good vibes. I left with a big smile on my face and can’t wait to come back for more! Amazing Bollywood Fitness Dance Class!

The energy in the room is contagious. The instructor is fantastic—enthusiastic, professional, and makes sure everyone, regardless of their fitness level, felt comfortable and engaged.

The class itself is a perfect mix of fun and fitness. The Bollywood-inspired choreography is vibrant, dynamic, and easy to follow, yet it gives a great workout.

The studio is well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere. It is wonderful to see everyone having such a great time while breaking a sweat.
