My daughter started taking lessons at BVM almost 3 years ago. The instructors and staff are amazing, they go above and beyond for their students. My daughters confidence has grown so much with the guidance and support of the instructors. They have band camps every summer and during school breaks that allow the kids to work as a team choosing songs that they wish to perform, at the end of the week they have a small concert for the family and friends to enjoy. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

The teachers & staff at BVM work hard to meet students' individual needs & interests. At BVM's annual recital, teachers prepare accompaniment to students' chosen songs, with the goal of making students feel confident, excited about music, and prepared to perform. A variety of payment plans and flexibility with scheduling can accommodate family's individual needs. Because the business is small, its' community oriented nature promotes the building of strong relationships with students and families alike.

Nice to have a music store close by that has what you need. For a small store they have a bid selection including many different ways to have guitar lessons. If you are going for the first time just don't give up if you have a hard time locating the store. We drove by the small street 3 times before we asked somebody at the liquor store where the music store was located.

I've been going to Blackstone Valley Music for lessons for a few years now. They are great people and very knowledgeable about their craft. If you are considering taking up lessons I highly recommend that you get in touch with their staff to see who best fits your musical skillset.

BVM does a great job. The instructors are awsome and there is plenty of options for learning instruments. Prices are good.

People friendly, lots of instrument teachers. Negative for hours too short and lacking in supplies and sales. Missing opportunity to bring in more revenue. Need to advertise also. There is no other teaching place around.
