I brought in my Tesla for a state inspection and their service was top notch. I was worried that since it wasn't a Lexus car they wouldn't take it, but they did! The receptionist and service staff was friendly and helpful.

While I waited, they also provided free drinks and yummy pastries - score!

I am not too familiar with their other car services, but if they were able to treat me this well (being a non-Lexus owner), I am sure their service with Lexus cars will be good.

The service advisor was very professional and although the volume of customers was high, she took the time to periodically keep my updated on the progress of my vehicle while I waited on site. The waiting area was very spacious and comfortable and well stocked with courtesy snacks and beverages. There was no pressure to authorize additional work that I was informed of after a courtesy multipoint inspection, and a hard copy record of recommended services was provided before my departure. To top it off, the vehicle was cleaned inside and out and even though it is 10 years old, felt like new as I drove it home.

I love this service center! Everyone is professional, friendly, and appear to enjoy their jobs. All work is explained, nothing has ever been done on my vehicle, before the cost was explained; I also like that they explain how soon work needs to be done (that visit, within 3 months, etc). When I wait for my vehicle, I’ve always found the waiting area clean, comfortable, and plenty of coffee, tea, other drinks & snacks. I especially appreciate being able to sit with space between myself and others. The work they’ve done has always been done on time, if not early. I really appreciate everyone that works here, as they all work hard.

The maintainace service was great. I had to move my appointment up a few days early and they readily accommodated me. While they worked on my car, I was able to get a courtesy car for the and they kept me updated on the work. When I picked up my car, it was washed and the inside was cleaned. Mike, my service adviser was super! Friendly, courteous and professional at the same time👍🏾

Service for my RX350 was excellent. I was greeted professionally, had minimal waiting to see my service advisor and they had me in my loaner vehicle promptly. Michael, my service advisor contacted me when he said he would, answered the few questions I had and had my car ready when promised.
When I picked up the car it was washed and vacuumed.
Very happy with this service visit!

Love your service department everytime I come in for service with my wife's car I feel welcomed everyone is overly pleasant. I've had both Jonathan and Joe as service advisors and I always feel like they have my best interests at heart and never feel like I'm being sold. The car wash always makes my wife happy also! Keep up the great work!
