Personnel were more than helpful in every department. Was confused about about the earning of credit and so in associate, explained it to me. I was pleased that they were gift cards accessible to purchase and also greeting cards, which was very helpful.

This store is a joke. Employees have no idea what are they doing. I’ve been doing Amazon returns at the ups counter but they recently changed it to the cashier counter. I understand this is to take the load of the printer department. Seems like a good idea. The problem is the employees have no idea how to use the devices provided. I dropped an Amazon return yesterday, waited for about 25-30min for the lady ahead of me trying to do the same. Then waited for another 15 for mine. 4 different employees tried to scan the item and I was convinced it went through. Usually I get an email right away that the item has been dropped off and get my refund. It was odd that it didn’t. Kept checking throughout the day and nothing changed. I went back today to ask to take my item back since I am completely positive, after speaking to Amazon as well, that my item did not get scanned correctly and ended up in the pick up box without any identification. I was told it was already picked up by UPS so they can’t do anything about it. So I will never get my money back for that item and it is lost. Truly disappointing. The lady was extremely rude and didn’t think of trying to find any solution for me. After this I went to buy a charger that I needed, got in line and she was helping other customers. After a few more customers ahead of me and was finally my turn she decided to take a break and refused helping me to pay for my charger. Had to wait even longer for the other line. Never coming back to this place again. What a shame.

Five stars bc everyone is always so nice and helpful. The other day I saw an employee berated by a crazed old lady screaming like a wild banshee, admonishing him relentlessly for no good reason, and he was so patient with her! (Despite her cold blooded monstrous behavior lol)

yesterday went to buy a printer at Orleans store. Two employees were talking. I Said "excuse me but I need some help buying a printer" They grumbled and one came over to me. Told me the model I was looking for was no longer available. I asked what would be a good substitute. His answer was any laser printer would work and quickly walked in the other direction. A shout out to the young man working the copy area today, July 7th, around 1 or 2. I didn't get his name. He was so helpful. He not only explained the "how to" but went above and beyond to make sure that I completed the task successfully.This is the second time that I have interacted with him. He was just as helpful the first time.
