Had a trim motor failure coming up the Atlantic from Florida. Part was backordered. Todd was a problem solver who took this on. They sent a tech to my vessel (32 foot Whaler) who diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, when others demanded a haul out and diagnostic "survey." They ordered the part without sending me on a wild goose chase, got it early and made it happen once I dropped the boat off. Trim motor replaced, dual engine service, genny service ALL in 24hours. The next day I had an unrelated fluid issue (the case of the leaking Red Bull), they were on it in hours at my slip. I have dealt with marinas all my adult life (over 40 years). This place gets a Medal of Honor and Gold Star. They are truly customer focused. On the Cape marinas are often dismissive, they are swamped. These folks aren't dismissive, while others act as if they are doing you a favor to take your money. The marine industry should go to school here. Love these guys from front desk to owner and everything in between. YESSS!

Much thanks to Devin and the entire team at Outermost. Docked there a few times this year and they also performed engine maintanance. Extremely responsive and really easy to work with. I highly recommend!!

Took their seal tour with Captain Brett. We had our two grandkids as well as our kids on the boat. We were made very comfortable with special and very warm attention to the little ones. Our tour took us close up and personal to the seals and it was very special. We highly recommend the tour.

I lost nuetral and reverse my first day out with the boat-5/25 Memorial Day weekend. They looked at the boat that day and fixed it that day!! Above and beyound considering I showed up at the dock that day at 345pm! Thank you for fixing it so quickly!! We had guests in town for the next week and the boat worked perfectly!!

A big Shout Out to the Top Shelf Team at OHM. From the Marina crew to the Service/Repair crew, they welcome you with a smile, are creative and always willing to help, high energy, and fun to work with. My wife and kids loved the Captain Services, the marina looks sharp, and they did an excellent job refreshing our whaler. If there is a problem, they fix it; customer service - they get it! It's easy to see why they consistently get Top ratings.

Beware. If you want to be lied to by the service manager about services that were not done to your boat then use Outermost Harbor Marine. Arrogant owners, poor customer service and the worst servcing marina in Chatham. No comment from the owner about a mistaking this marina for some other, will change these facts.

Great people, great service. I have been doing business with Outermost for over 10 years now. I purchase two boats from them and have used their service team countless times for my Yamaha engines. Just this summer i used them to repair both engines after hitting some unknown submerged object near the north cut. In spite of supply shortages with Yamaha, they hunted down the parts somewhere in South Carolina and got me back in the water expeditiously. I highly recommend
