I feel compelled to share my experience. It all began with what seemed like a minor issue, but over time, it has grown into a source of significant frustration. Despite numerous attempts to communicate and resolve the matter, progress has been slow and unsatisfactory. When I first booked, I was so excited to hire this team for my wedding day. Two months after our wedding day, I asked for our wedding video and did not receive a response. I emailed them again after three months, and they said I should receive it soon. Then came October, six months after my wedding, and I emailed them asking for the video. Instead of giving me an apology or anything, they sent me the video. After receiving the video six months late, I was so disappointed and saddened that I did not receive the same quality of work I hired them for. I emailed them mentioning all my issues with the video, and they responded two weeks later in November that they would redo it. It is now January, nearly a year later, and nothing. No update, no response from their team. The money does not matter, but to say you are a luxury service and not to receive that service is so disappointing. I really wish this had gone differently.
Everyone was great on the day of the wedding and professional but the quality of work for the video was not up to par.
I believe constructive feedback is essential for growth, and I hope this review will be received in the spirit it is intended. I remain hopeful that a resolution can be found and that future customers will have a more seamless experience.

Navarro Studio - Rafe and his team were the absolute best! So patient, caring, talented, and passionate about their work! They were so much fun and a pleasure to work with. They really take the time and effort to make sure all of the special moments and angles are captured. They also have the best lighting techniques. This cinematic style videography was honestly my dream come true. I highly recommend them to be a part of your special day and any event. We couldn't ask for a better photographers. Rafi and his team made a amazing job in our wedding day. Navarro studio did our engagement and wedding pictures but also did my wedding video. They make sure that every photo came up perfectly and unforgettable. We are in love with the results and recommend them for any event.

I highly recommend Navarro studio. Rafi is professional and easy to work with. Rafi and his colleague arrived early and had such a positive vibe. Planning a wedding can be stressful, it was nice that they responded to messages in a timely manner and communicated well. We loved our wedding video, and do not have any regrets hiring Navarro. I would use them again, we loved them!

We chose Rafelin and his team from Navarro Studio to be our videographer, and it was the best decision. We continue to watch our wedding reception video and it brings us back to one of the most important days of our lives. I am still in awe of how much artistic talent Rafelin and his team have. I still get goosebumps when I watch just the trailer. Not only were they professional, it was so much fun working with them. They put in 100% up until the last minute. We weren’t able to record our vows on our special day so Rafelin came to visit us 1-2 weeks later just to record our vows for the voice over in our wedding video. Now that’s dedication! I am happy how the footage of our wedding came out and I know anyone who chooses to work with Navarro Studio will feel the same. Thank you so much Rafelin and team!

Rafelin and his team did an AMAZING job! His talent blew us away when we saw our wedding video for the first time! It was more that what we expected! Amazing videographer and more importantly an amazing and talented human being! It was a pleasure and honor working with Rafelin and his team! Would definitely recommend him to our family and friends!
