I'm a relatively new customer who was referred by a friend to Frank's and so far my experiences have been exceptional. The staff are kind and respectful, explaining each element of the work along the way. Last month I stopped by in the middle of their busy day, with low air in several tires and one of the guys stopped what he was doing to help and happily checked and filled each tire. Yesterday, I stopped to get an inspection sticker, noting myself that there were only a few minutes left in their inspection hours, and again was welcomed and taken care of in short order. In me Frank's has found a customer for life.

They do their job and do it well; however, the past two visits Ive had they’ve added extra services or items i did not approve or ask for. Today, they changed both of my breaklights even though I replaced them 2 weeks ago and i acknowledged both of them working last night. I dont like the random charges. I dont think Ill be returning.

Recently I had my tire light on and went into Frank's to have the tire filled. He took care of it but asked me if I wanted a permanent answer to the problem (as it had happened also a couple weeks ago and not corrected by another garage at that time), I said yes! So Frank checked the tire and found a nail, took care of the situation and I was back on the road safely. I really appreciated the thorough service at Frank'. A job well done! I will definitely continue service calls at his garage.
