Had overheating issues and had it towed. Called to check on it and the female on the other end told me it was good to be picked up then just hung up. Called back to ask about the price and was told that it will be around 500-700$!, not only that but the car has not even been looked at yet. I asked if they had my number and was told "we have caller history, we will use that." A week goes by, no call. I call them and was told it has been ready for 3 days. The price is 1117$! I ask the lady if it is possible to make payments, she said "You will have to talk to my boss." And once again I get hung up on. I save for 2 weeks to get the money and the day comes. I ask the friend who has been giving me rides to work to take me to my car. We arrive to one person working a d eventually I get my keys. I go to start my car... nothing. Nothing turn over! I ask my friend for a jump but no cables so I go back into the shop and ask for a jump. The guy inside brings his car around and after an hour of attempting to jump start it nothing happens. He says he will bring it back in to look it over. Takes my name and number and says he will get a hold of me in 2 days. 3 days go by and no call. So I call and get Carl. He explains that my car "has no spark" because someone attempted to jump start your car wrong. I have been told that the parts have been ordered and it should be ready today. For some reason I really doubt it. This place has done nothing but steal from me.

I have started having our vehicles serviced and repairs done here since my former repair shop closed. Carl and his team do an excellent job and are reasonably priced. Always on top of things. Honest and dependable. Absolutely love doing business here. They go beyond to satisfy.

Brought a friend with rims and tires here to get two tires mounted and balanced and end up with a cracked rim! I've seen many tires replaced in my time and this guy says he doesn't believe in bead sealant. Then when asked when the job would be done he responds with, "Come back in a little bit." The best part is his tire weights were not removed or even changed. They didnt even do a service that he paid for!!! Will never take anything here ever again.

EDIT: Spoke with owner and issue has been resolved.

I called early Sat. morning trying to find a shop to weld my exhaust. Carl said he could fit me in and and to come on by. Tony did an absolute perfect weld on my exhaust, no leaks, perfectly straight. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Had my car towed there since they had no one to run theirs. Asked for 4 new tires, oil change, battery, check the brakes and rotors. Make sure the vehicle is safe. A week later finally done.
They didn't check the brakes. A week later the tire is coming off. Called them up. One mechanic said it wasn't looked at. Another said they looked at it and was ok. Told me to put it on a trailer and bring it back in. Told them to F off. Never will I use or recommend them.

Great place to take a leak!....Exhaust or radiator, etc.!! I recently had to have some exhaust pipe and muffler replaced and they were quick, effective and reasonably priced....especially compared to a muffler shop in Jasper that I checked? They had my vehicle for a short time and had it finished when they said they would. I highly recommend this muffler/repair shop!
