Truly a professional place to bring your car. I trust the team there. Fairly priced and most importantly, when you bring your car there for servicing and to have something repaired, it is repaired right. No having to go back and forth to have something corrected like at a lot of dealers. Also, you can conveniently drop off your car when it works for you -not like a lot of dealer's service departments. This means you do not have to take off a lot of time from work like you for at a lot of dealers.

Brad’s never disappoints. The staff is always courteous and professional. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had questions regarding brakes and my exhaust system. I was taken into the work area and shown the problems that will need to be addressed in the future. No high pressure tactics to get the job done immediately. I highly recommend Brad’s.

Brad's is a great place for repair but more importantly they are honest, reasonably priced, competent in their abilities, as well as customer service based. I have gone there for something as simple as patching a hole Ina tire to diagnosing my car that wouldn't start. They always are knowledgeable and are honest in what you need done and not trying to add things to fix that are not needed but optional. If you are looking for a good auto repair shop then Brad's is your place.

Always treated with respect, professional, courteous. I can trust that I will get my vehicle fixed the first time. Always explain exactly what's wrong with my vehicle what's needed to be repaired/replaced no unnecessary expenses. I know when my family is in the vehicle it's 100% safe I don't have to worry about something going wrong and be broken down on the side of road somewhere.

I’ve been going to Brads for 15ish years. Brian won me as a lifetime customer from the very beginning when he treated me like I had a brain in my head (as a mechanics Granddaughter, that is SO important ladies. Not being treated “less” based on gender). He is who I ask for advice when I’m looking for a new vehicle. Or if I like a car and want an honest opinion about repairs and issues.

Everyone I speak to that’s looking for a mechanic, I send to Brads. I cannot say enough good things, so.. give them a shot. 🚙

First experience sucked, second one was even worse, I must love to torture myself. Unfortunately I am not able to see what type of mechanics they really are because the office staff was rude and seemed annoyed by having to be at work. I didn’t want to schedule an appointment after my office interaction and didn’t get a chance to explain my issue before I was turned off by their customer service. Based on historical reviews, it looks like the way I was treated isn’t exclusive to me, I wonder how many don’t leave the same feedback because they are desperate for vehicle service. ✌️Brads…

Great service with a smile. Brian and Emily always make you feel right at home. Even for the smallest problem they take the time to explain all your options. This is not a one off.
