On 10/31/24; Went to KLM again for a separate car maintenance. The service is always efficient with reasonable prices. The staff is immensely kind. They really listen to your concerns and give the best advice for car care. Obviously, no one looks forward to needing car repairs but having such a great place to bring it to, makes the procrss much better. Thank you all again at KLM!! Again, highly recommended!

Two coworkers referred me to Kevin and I couldn't be happier. Although it did take about 2 weeks to get in, it was worth the wait. I ended up just needing front brake pads and rotors but I had no clue what was wrong with it. I dropped my car off at 8 AM, had a diagnosis by 12:30 PM, and was ready to be picked up by 4 PM. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with KLM Auto. After a stressful hit and run accident, I took my car to them hoping for a quick and efficient fix. Kevin, the staff member who assisted me, went above and beyond to find a new reflector light for my vehicle in record time. To my surprise, it was delivered within just two business days!

What really impressed me was their willingness to accommodate my schedule. They managed to squeeze me in on an early Friday afternoon, which saved me from any further inconvenience. Staff was up front about the estimated cost and time to repair my vehicle on Day 1 so there wouldn't be any surprises. Kevin was extremely reasonable for both the parts and labor involved.
