I started coming to your service dept about 2 years ago. I purchased my Tahoe from a local Chevy dealer and had the worst experiences. I had heard from a friend how happy they were when dealing with your dealership. I can say that I have been treated with such respect and Joey has been amazing to deal with. He always calls me with updates and I have never been surprised with charges or repairs. I also met Chris Shattuck who will be working with me as I want to purchase extended warranty. You have amazing staff and I will continue to spread the word hoping to send more business your way! Thank you for caring about your customers!

I love coming to Bob Pion for my car needs. Every interaction is A-1. When you call, the lovely Ms Nancy answers the phone with her lovely smile you can almost see through the phone. Whenever I go in wether simple maintenance or a major job Joe is there to thoroughly explain the process and options what can wait and what cannot. Although I truly miss Kyle over in service, I’ll be sure to see him in sales when it’s time for my trade in. Everyone is genuinely pleasant and I have never felt the awful pushy sales which is why I continue to do service here and refer all friends and family.

The Service Department definitely goes through everything with a fine tooth comb, all the while making you feel comfortable while you wait.
