Fort Hill is incredible! I came in today for a scratch on our car. They were honest and upfront with me & helped me out with buffing the scratch out when they certainly could have charged me much more for services. They were kind and trusting, when another auto shop would have definitely taken my money without hesitation. I walked away with a scratch buffed out & didn’t even need to pay the estimate fee. I would go back to them for future work as I know they will be honest & work with me. I went in a little worried about what the cost would be, I walked away with 0 money spent, a great mood due to knowing there are good people in the world, and with a new favorite auto business! Go to Fort Hill with your car needs, they’re fantastic!

The staff at fort hill took excellent care of my vehicle, had great communication with me when Subaru sent the wrong parts and they had to reorder (not fort hill’s fault…. Subaru’s fault), and were so kind to me during a very stressful time. I highly recommend them! My car is driving better than when I bought it.

Well worth the wait for repairs! The body work was exceptional and you would never be able to tell that it was damaged. Very pleased with the result!! Excellent and friendly customer service!

These guys are awesome!!

I had some damage done to my front bumper from a deer, and the crew at Fort Hill made the whole process so easy. On my initial call, I spoke with Kristian, who was so kind and helpful. Deb is fantastic! I came in and met Deb, and she helped guide me through the initial steps needed on my end, (contacting the insurance company, appraiser and timeline of car rental). Her communication was excellent and she always answered any questions I had and kept me up to date on the status of my car.
Upon picking up my car, Adam explained everything to me that was repaired, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

They made the whole process super easy, worked directly with my insurance company if there were any follow-ups needed, and my car looked great!

I have an older car with some denting in the front fender. Another auto shop told me they couldn’t replace my headlight lamp without getting that fixed, but the guys at Fort Hill worked on it and got a new lamp in without needing to do a whole fender repair! Forever grateful to these folks for their hard work and friendly service!
