I had minor collision repair work done with North Amherst Motors a few weeks ago, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! My truck had a minor rear-end collision barely a year after owning it, but they got it fixed up looking just like it was new again. They not only took care of the panels they repainted and the bumper, but they also did a very thorough exterior detail job of the rest of the truck. And then when I hopped in to drive it home, I could hardly believe that they also detailed the interior! It almost felt like driving it home from the dealership all over again.

I'm really thankful for the excellent work they did. Andy went over the estimate with me and showed me exactly what they would be working on. He was super thorough and double checked everything and even found a part that the insurance adjuster missed. They do tons of collision repairs through insurance, so they already knew the adjuster and it was no problem for them to get the part and labor added to the order. They were very good about waiting until they had all the parts before having me bring the truck in to start the work. Once I brought it in, it was a little over a week until they were totally finished. The other thing that was super helpful was that they also run their own car rental business. They were really flexible with working within the daily rate constraints from another insurance company. As soon as I dropped the truck off, I was able to drive off with the rental. Everyone there was super friendly and professional.

I'm so glad that I decided to go with them for the collision repair work! This is the only shop I'll consider if I ever have to go through this process again.

They were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our car had been taken there after an accident assessment by the insurance company that it was able to be repaired. They quickly realized it was not repairable and helped me deal with the insurance company. Relatives have used them for repairs and were also very satisfied. I highly recommend them

I had such a positive experience at North Amherst Motors. They did an amazing job on my car, the process was stress-free, and the customer service experience alone was top-notch from day one. The owner, Andrew, met with me one-on-one. He was honest, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Andrew and his team are dedicated to their customers, and show they truly care. I recently brought my car into North Amherst Motors to have hail damaged repaired. The staff at North Amherst Motors made the entire experience so easy and stress-free for me. Andrew did a great job explaining the process to me and Jocelyn kept me updated throughout. They arranged for me to have a rental while they worked on my car and the work was completed per the schedule. Amherst Motors repaired two of our cars. Their work was excellent. They advised us about submitting a claim versus not submitting a claim. And they help repair one car temporarily ( in 10 minutes) until we were able to bring it in for a full repair. They were wonderful, especially Andrew. Thank you Amherst Motors.

I would join Honda in recommending N. Amherst Motors enthusiastically for anyone who unfortunately needs the kind of expertise and services they provide. While our post-accident repair was complicated (lots of front-end work) and came at a busy time, they were great at getting the work done and communicating clearly with us as well. The combination of technical expertise and customer service orientation, right down to patiently and thoroughly checking out some details with us after we had picked up the car, deserve praise and business from others. The car runs beautifully now. We are grateful to have landed there, and grateful to have our car back in fine working order.
