This place is honest, fair, and overall, great! I needed a 2nd opinion on my car’s suspension. My “dealer” mentioned I needed new struts and rear coils. I had some doubts on this due to car being fairly new with low mileage. I spoke to Shelly and able to give me an estimate over the phone which I was already happy about. She was very pleasant to talked to and accommodating. I told her that day if I can stopped by to make sure that’s what is needed and to go ahead order parts for the future appointment. A gentleman name Ben drove and checked suspension. Lo and behold, there were no issues aside from usual wear. He thoroughly explained everything and gave me peace of mind. I will 100% go back for future needs and will also share this experience with friends and families!

This is the first time ever that I can say I have absolute trust in my mechanic. My problems are fixed correctly the FIRST time (never misdiagnosed). The prices are far below dealership. The customer service is outstanding.

I bought a 2009 Audi A6 two years ago. Big mistake, but that's beside the point. A local mechanic would not touch it, but recommended Harvey at Small Car Clinic. Harvey's specialty is Audi/Volkswagen and his team works on North American brands too. I've had three major repairs done there.

Harvey clearly explains the problem and repair options. I prefer an abundance of details before I am convinced that the problem has been diagnosed correctly. Some problems cannot be 100% understood until corrective actions have been tried. Harvey answers all my questions and is upfront and honest about the probability of each option. This has not been my experience at other shops where it sometimes takes 2-3 attempts to get it right after they've lead you to believe they completely understand the problem the first time.

Another quality that stands out about Small Car Clinic is they try to fix the problem instead of simply replacing parts. This is the old school approach and will save you significant money. For example, I needed a brake job a few weeks ago. If I had gone to the dealership, or any big brake stores, they would have insisted on replacing all rotors and brake pads. Harvey machined the rotors.

My overall cost for the brake job and other work was about half that of quoted dealership prices. These savings are typical. I've saved 30-50% on all my repairs compared to dealership prices.
