I have had fabulous service from Parson's Auto, both the upstairs body sop and the downstairs mechanical shop. The staff is skilled and friendly, really listens and is quickly responsive to any issues or complaints. When they have forgotten something or didn't completely fix it the first time, they take responsibility and don't charge for the second repair.
We are a one car household, and they either schedule me at a time I can wait for the oil change or repair or if it takes a long time, they will pick me up and drop me off if I cannot find another ride.
I recommended this shop highly for its honesty, high level of skill and great customer service!

We've been going to Parsons Auto for a couple of years now for repairs and stickers and they are the nicest crew! They explain what repairs you need or don't need, are fair with their prices and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Parson’s did an outstanding job fixing my totaled car after my accident. I was debating on buying a new car since mine is old. I am so glad I kept it after these results. You would never know that my car was in an accident. Not only did they fix my car, they also did a great job painting it. They made my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix look brand new. The staff were also friendly. They do great work!

I would’ve given them ten stars if I could’ve, not only were they reasonably priced but in addition they went above and beyond when it came to the detail of their work. Chris especially gets a 10/10 for me for being willing to stay over two hours past closing time to finish the work I needed done since I had to take a day off to come get work done anyway. Amazing people, amazing service, honest pricing, genuinely could not reccomend a better place to take your vehicle to.

Car inspection. Well. The lot is potholey and where road work on main st, there are 2 drop, uneven places and all the way across so you have to drive over them. Multiple places including town gas stations are not level. But if u drive a jeep u prolly wont mind

Super busy place for inspection stickers. I went on Saturday and Tyler was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Got me in and out as fast as he could. Courteous and professional, management should make sure to keep him happy!

Would definitely recommend service.
