This was about 3-4 years ago when I visited this shop 1 time. I think they have different mechanics now so 3 stars. But I can't believe they let this slide.

No receipt paid cash. Alignment on my Buick. They did not align it right....

They didn't even align it. There were no cotter pins in the outer tie rod end castle nuts when the vehicle was returned. Said castle nuts were finger loose. I live 3 blocks away and it was driving terribly on the way home so I immediately lifted/jacked up the vehicle to check at home myself. I had installed new inner and outer tie rod ends myself prior to the requested alignment.

Never will I return. I don't trust them.

I would have died if I went on the highway. I would have lost control of the steering of the Buick.

I had it aligned somewhere else after all that.

I finally found my vehicle and bike repair! Deb, Dale and Rob are so knowledgeable and professional and no matter my worries, questions, concerns, it how many times I call the explain until I understand. I leave with ZERO worried and their prices can't be beat! They do all they can to save me money which is very important to someone on a fixed income. You all ROCK and I'm so thankful Logansport/Cass Co has you locally. Thank you all for all you do

I would not give any stars if there was the option. Took my truck there to have my transmission rebuilt and 2 days after i picked it up i was stranded out of town. Took it back and they supposedly fixed it, but got it back and it was doing the same thing. Was told he has to order parts but it was safe to drive. Well my daughter was driving it and she also got stranded out of town and had to pay a tow bill. This time they had it for over a month and kept saying well we've changed everything so it should run fine. Had it back for a week and it is doing the same thing again! I paid a lot of money and my truck still is not fixed right. Also had the same issue with my son's car being there multiple times and it not being fixed right. Not happy at all and i would not recommend them to anyone! Seems like they only want to do the easy jobs. In the last 2 months between my son and I, they have gotten about 5k and our vehicles still don't run and are NOT fixed!

After taking my Vehicle to a local shop, they said they could not fix my problem. This shop was so close to home, so stopped in and talked to the owners, whom were very pleasant, and immediately got me in. And from there have never went with another mechanic. Cheap, efficient and they will definitely work with you. TY Dale & Deb!!!

What can I say. This place is awesome!! Wish I would of found them alot sooner. Great quality great prices and they are really nice and enjoy talking with you. Went to have 4 new tires put on balanced and aligned. Truck is driving smooth. They have my business for life.
