I have a 110% positive recommendation for Maaco in Dedham, MA. This is the second time that I have dealt with them. Both times were for accidents where the other driver was at fault. This shop dealt with the insurance companies and appraisers so I did not have to deal with them. The shop kept me up to date on the progress via phone calls. They got the job done in a reasonable time and did the work well. Both vehicles were older but they were able to track down the parts.
This is a family owned business and the owners are very nice, honest, and upfront and they were a pleasure to deal with. Their employees were also very nice and competent.
I was totally satisfied with this business and recommend them highly.

Krissy and the team at Maaco in Dedham are AMAZING! I had a dent/scrape on the side of my 25 year old car that I wanted repaired, and since that was getting fixed, I decided to repair some rust under the back fenders as well. Krissy gave a quick and reasonable quote. Her customer service is exemplary, and the communication through the entire process was excellent. The work she and her crew did on my car is nothing short of incredible. The car now looks as good as new! I chose to go there because of all their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did. I highly recommend Maaco in Dedham without reservation. They are the BEST!

I can’t thank Krissy and the team at Maaco enough for the work they did on my 19-year-old car. I had gotten into an accident that completely dented the passenger-side doors. The car also needed a new paint job as the clear coat had begun peeling off and rust spots had developed. The staff were completely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment I first walked in until the work was done. They got two new doors, and then sanded and repainted the entire car. I now have a 2005-model Honda with only 90,000 miles that on the outside looks like it just rolled off a dealer’s lot. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it. A great experience from start to finish. I recommend them completely.

Maaco in Dedham MA, is my favorite body shop. I have been fixing cars I owned for the past 34 years, and I was never disappointed. Ralph, the owner, and his daughter Krissy are the most kind and amazing people. I always refer my family members and friends to Maaco in Dedham. Every time they fix collisions, you can’t tell the car had an accident. Even when cars are considered totaled after an accident, they fix it to come like new. I recommend this place 150%.

Krissy and her team were super. I did my research on paint shops and purposely went to these guys on the strength of their reviews. I have an old jeep that was previously DIY rhino-lined by previous owner. I spent a few weeks removing so that I could have it repainted in its original color. There was dents, gouges, scratches and I was almost thinking the only way was to rhino-line again. These guys did an amazing job. I took off all the external parts like fenders, bumpers so these guys could concentrate on the body and paint work. The jeep looks amazing and I am very very happy. I highly recommend them. Tip: these guys are busy, so make an appointment before you go and it will be so much easier. Some before and after pics.
