Had charging problems on my motorcycle, Rick took bike right in and said he would get to it as soon as he could. Held to his word and kept informing me along the way of progress. I brought my 2017 Honda Grom here for the first time last week. I had a flat rear tire. I ended up replacing the front too. I was able to buy the tires for a better price online so the shop let me purchase them and just charged labor. I have never met a more KNOWLEDGEABLE and HONEST bike mechanic (I dealt with Rick). I've been to a number of places between here and Vermont (Mass, NH). This was the best service I had ever gotten. Will definitely return! My new bike shop!!!

The only people I trust to work on my cars is Rick and best cycle. I’ve never had any issues with getting anything fixed. From simple issues, checking engine codes, breaks, belts, tires, to taking apart the engine. He had my whole engine taken apart, fixed, and put back together faster than I thought. I won’t go anywhere else!

Brought my bike in for tires and carb rebuild. Rick did an awesome job. It took a while to get everything done because of the time of year but he got my bike to run like it should. Definitely would recommend Best Cycle to anyone.

I took my bike there for repairs. It is 29 years old. I need lots of parts that are hard to come by, but regardless of what obstacles popped up, they got my bike upgraded and back in running order.
They normally don't take bikes this old, but I'm glad they accepted the job.

Great guys too. They let you know what's going on every step of the way.

Rich and crew are the BEST!! Hes helped me out with many car issues!! He always goes above and beyond! Very professional and courteous! They dont charge an arm and a leg either! As an added bonus , we're blessed to know him as a friend, since we moved here! Would highly recommend!!!

I am not usually one to write reviews. But this shop specifically rich and his whole crew over there, are without a doubt the best motorcycle and really anything that uses an engine mechanic. They've done a ton of service for me but most recently I sent my bike in for a chain sprocket and brake pads all around. My bike is a 2006 triumph sprint ST so it's not exactly the easiest to find parts for especially state side. Rich and his guys were vigilant and found me exactly what I wanted for my bike, not just that but when I finally got it in to them(my terrible schedule holding things up) they went above and beyond to make sure my bike was perfect. I couldn't say this more if your anywhere in Rhode Island or the greater Rhode Island area and you love your motorcycle take it here they will do you right and you won't get nickle and dimed to death.

They pick and choose who they are going to screw over.

Bike was brought in for new tire, was told the rims were bent and needed to replace both front and rear rims before we could install new tires... two other shops confirmed the rims were fine after they were replaced.

They also tried to sell a Jet Ski to a friend with mismatch engine serial numbers. Then stopped responding to calls. Bad juju, don't go here.
