Allen the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making sure to explain everything that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. He makes sure the car leaves in perfect condition. I own a 2013 Honda CR-V. I needed my front struts and exhaust fixed. Allen is extremely friendly and flexible with my time. Pricing was fair and in very happy with the results!

Update: I went back for repairs to my wife's Honda Odyssey. Again, very happy with the results. The staff is very courteous and are willing to work with us around our busy schedule.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE! I took my vehicle to fix the engine light and get a inspection sticker. Paid over 1000. My car was returned with engine light still on even after driving a few miles. Returned my car to have this corrected. Allen kept my car for 3 weeks!!!during that time never followed up avoided my phone calls and finally I had no choice and showed up to pick up my vehicle. Check engine still on, gas cap was replaced and faulty, and zero gas and still no inspection sticker. Took it to a new facility where they diagnosed it within one hour and ready for pick up the next day. Save your time and money. Allen is not trust worthy and has no respect for people's time.

The guys at this shop are the BEST! They are always super friendly and did a great job communicating with me what my car issue was and what it would entail to fix it. Fingers crossed my car doesn’t have a problem anytime soon but I might still stop by again just to say hi to the people working cause they really are that nice to be around!!

If you are in need of any work to your vehicle, Norwood Auto Care, Allen, and his team are the place to go! Looking for a trustworthy and reputable mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack nowadays, but Allen is exactly that. I have had an excellent experience every time I go here for any of my car needs. He has gone above and beyond multiple times to help assist me with my car and make sure the process was stress free! Flexible scheduling, prompt service, very reasonable prices and highly accommodating. He is my for sure my life long mechanic and I highly recommend him!
