My son purchased a 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 250 from here & it was an amazing experience. He’s 19 (a young 19) and they walked him through this so beautifully. Nightmare of an experience getting my bike serviced. Literally over a month from day of drop off and pick up for a valve adjustment. 0 communication, called me ONCE and it was to tell me a sensor broke. Picked up my bike in a worse condition that it was in, rode home with no speedo, abs light on, bike stalls at every light, frame sliders installed crooked and rubbing on fairings. Frustration is an understatement.

This is my first bike and first vehicle purchase on my own. I was nervous because I have heard many dealership horror stories, but all of my fears were gone after visiting GBM. Each step of the way, I was met with an easy-going, no pressure environment, genuine people who didn't hesitate to pick up the phone, answered all of my questions and explained each step of the process thoroughly. I took my bike home a week later (yesterday) and I couldn't have pictured a better outcome.

My salesman was CJ and he was extremely helpful, honest, and kind, but you'll come to find that the staff there in general carry the same positive attitude. And of course, I have to credit Dave and Tom for contributing to my awesome experience as well! I highly reccommend Greater Boston Motorsports to anyone that stumbles across this review. Side notes: I recommend checking their website and calling in advance for availability. Another thing to keep in mind, when it came to payment or picking up my bike, I had to schedule appointments. Though it may be inconvenient for some people due to their work/life schedules and availability, I personally liked having appointments, because it allowed GBM employees to attend spefically to me, and answer any questions I had. Also, they are open on Saturdays, which is very helpful, as I am someone that is generally occupied Monday-Friday!

Love my new-to-me 2018 GSXR-600. Brice Guillaume, John Rice, Ray, and Chris in parts made this a great experience from start to finish. I had a pleasant experience purchasing my new motorcycle from GBM. The salesman Kit is very knowledgeable and patient to me. He helped me pick out a bike that is my good fit. In addition, everyone who works there is quite welcoming.
Josh from the Parts and Gears department is very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me find a helmet that fit my head.
Overall, it has been a very good experience there!!!
