My son, daughter and I took piano lessons from Tatsuya for 2+ years. He is a great teacher and also a very kind and pleasant person. Patient but also technically strong across percussion, piano and guitar. The best part was asking him to transcribe a favorite song and teach it to you, which he did several times.

My son has been attending lessons with Tatsuya since 2013. He started with piano then to drums and ukulele. Tatsuya is wonderful with students of all ages as I myself took back up piano after twenty years. He is so talented and has great patience. Would recommend over and over!

Tat is an everything you want in a music instructor...engaging, enthusiastic, fun, patient, and supportive! Our son started with ukulele lessons, then moved to electric guitar. With Tat's instruction, he learned to read music fluently and has learned to play classic pieces as well as music pieces that have personal interest. The exposure to so many instruments in Tat's studio has piqued S's interests into adding unique instruments into our home (even the melodica, learning to play Gorillaz!). We are so grateful for the music education and inspiration Tat brings into our home!
