William is truly exceptional. He brought my FZ6R back to life—a task that required serious skill and effort, which he has! From the moment my bike was towed to his shop until it was ready for pick-up, he kept me informed every step of the way. His commitment to going above and beyond left me thoroughly impressed, particularly with his honesty about additional work that might be needed. He never pressured me, but offered thoughtful recommendations for future consideration.

After my first visit, I knew he could be trusted, so I brought my bike back to get the new tires he recommended since mine had dry rot. William not only made it happen but ensured the bike was safe to ride each time. I highly recommend his services. Just remember, quality takes time, so be patient—he’s got a lot of customers because he’s that good. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to place for all my bike needs!

I’m so glad I found Alien Motorsports in Waltham to fix my son’s electric scooter. Not many places offer repair services for these, so I was thrilled when they were able to help. Amazing work! William was professional and went above and beyond he replaced my chain for my Suzuki 650 and added an aftermarket exhaust the bike looks/drives great!

I got ghosted by this place. I had a drop-off appointment for 12pm, and nobody ever showed up. The shop’s drop-off hours are supposedly 11-5, but when I got there at 11:50, nobody was there. I waited until my appointment time at 12, called twice, texted, knocked, rang the bell. I ended up leaving at 12:20, which was a good decision, because I never got a call back (still haven’t).

I’ve been going to Will (the owner) for almost five years now for help with all my bikes. Started off getting tuneups on a used Bintelli Beast 49cc I bought waaay back, and many fixes and upgrades later I’m going to him to sell my 150 he rebuild and jump into something with a lot more power. He’s got tons of experience, is dedicated to his work, and is a straight shooter when it comes to pricing

Called in with a small issue (starter relay) and they diagnosed immediately upon arrival and gave me solutions. Couldn't be more johnny on the spot. Will definitely return for future repairs.

Great service, great communication, overall a good experience. Will is super knowledgeable and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting the shop again!
