Great place, reliable and honest mechanics. Will not do anything to your vehicle before contacting you. So if you bring your vehicle in for one thing but they find something else wrong they'll contact you first. I like that. Great group of mechanics.

Best auto shop in the area in my opinion (and I've been to a few) They came highly recommend by a coworker and exceeded my expectations several years ago. Tom and all the staff are so nice. Not only is Tom a natural at his profession- he is an even better person. He got my husband’s car back on the road in an emergency and acted efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. Not to mention, his prices are very fair! We definitely will be using Navigator Auto again in the future.

If you’re looking to have any kind of maintenance repair on your vehicle , Tommy at Navigator Automotive is your mechanic. I needed to replace the engine on my Toyota Corolla due to the timing chain letting go. Great experience. First place other than the dealer that can work on my import after many calls where I felt like I was being treated fairly. Clean shop, friendly service and half the price with better products then the chain I formally went to.
