They were great. They found a simple thing that was disconnected and they didn't say it was something more elaborate. I'm automotively challenged and they could have taken advantage of that but they didn't. Thanks Jacob for fixing my car and not taking advantage of an already bad situation. The only thing that was a negative was being told they would look at it on Friday so I towed it over Friday morning, but they were unable to look at it until Monday. All things considered, they got the car taken care of for a reasonable price and they proved very trustworthy.

So glad I found this guy! It's great having a mechanic so close to home and work, and the owner is so nice! I clearly know nothing about cars, but he doesn't talk down to me, and is very straight forward and honest about any issues he's found with my car. And his rates are VERY reasonable!!!

. My breaks went out . I knew they were going bad . Money was a problem . I called owner , due to my physical therapist , he told me that he was satisfied with the service .
I called . Owner who runs everything . I said is this family owned . He said yea I am the family . This owner is matter of fact , don,t look for hugs . However he tells you what he will or can do . I felt the cost was deserved . My calipers , damaged , break fluid on hub of my back tire . I had no breaks when I arrived to work . No break fluid due to damage . So I was lucky .
