Excellent gym they are super friendly at this facility. The instructors truly want to see you succeed and are more than happy to give you pointers on what to do. From beginners to experienced in Bjj this gym will make you feel like your training with family.

Real BJJ is a fun place to train. My experience here has greatly improved my training, while making friends along the way. I looked around the area, and enjoyed the vibe of the coaches and students here. Everyone is here to get better and make the most of the hour or two on the mats.

The instruction is top notch, and training partners push you to get better. With a variety of Gi and noGi classes offered throughout the week.

There is also a kids class that takes place before the adults that is always full! It's awesome to see the kids getting better and having fun along the way.

I recommend joining this gym, or dropping in if you're visiting the area.

Don’t be intimidated, all are welcomed with a smile, there’s not an ego on the entire team. All instructors have their own methods of teaching and bring fourth various aspects of jitsu to their students. Come try some Jiu Jitsu!

It's hard to quantify what makes a place Great. A typical five star review tells you that a business is excellent at what they do, but that's not the case here. These guys are the BEST at what they do. When I started training here I just wanted to get off my couch and be a little bit more active. I didnt realise what I was getting myself into. The first night I went I was nervous and uncomfortable at the idea of walking into the unknown. Upon walking through the door I was IMMEDIATELY warmly welcomed and suited up for my first night on the mats. The amount of understanding and patience the instructors had with me was astounding. They took me from being an out of shape agoraphobic and turned me into what I am now. To say this place has changed my life is an understatement. This place has changed the lives of everyone that has walked through the door in one way or another. I've made friends that I will have the rest of my life training here. Every aspect of my existence has, in one way or another, been influenced by RSBJJ. If you are even thinking about trying BJJ for the first time or have trained for years and need a new spot to get a few extra rolls in this is the place. Believe me when I say you wont be disappointed.
