Unorganized and it wastes the time of all involved, including giving inaccurate information.

Edited to add: I was originally told by the shop themselves to call back at noon, as it was looking good to get me in. However, please do not neglect the fact that not only did you instill confidence in me you could get me in the same day, you THEN said it would be DAYS later. So again, back to my earlier statement-this business is not organized and wastes the time of all involved as a result! Perhaps you should get a schedule system and make actual appointments verses giving people tentative ones

Had a lot wrong with my car and I honestly thought one of them was my timing chain. They were very honest to inform me that it wasn't and got everything fixed for me within 2 days. I was very happy that they did their job well and didn't take advantage of what I thought was wrong. My car works like she's brand new and she's 10 years old. Thank youuuuuu, Boudies!

They fixed my 4 wheel drive. Negotiated a used front differential for less than half of a refurbished one. It took an entire week to get finished, but I only paid 1.1k. When I went to leave, my truck wouldn't start. Not only did they jump it, but they installed a new battery that I had already purchased, at no charge, and only took like 10 minutes! Boudie's definitely lived up to all of the good that I had heard! Definitely recommend!

Twice I have broken my exhaust on road hazards. Twice these guys have gotten me in and repaired without an appointment in about an hour at a reasonable price. They even found and fixed a secondary exhaust leak that I was aware of but had not been able to locate myself (I could smell it, but not find it), and all of this in sub-zero weather. Thank you for the help.

We were traveling across country with our RV and the truck towing developed a transmission leak. My husband starting calling repair shops and they were the 3rd place and the only one to answer the phone. They were amazing. Had a place for us to drop the RV and worked quickly to diagnose, obtain the part, and get us back on the road with in 3 1/2 hours. All the while being so understanding and helpful. So much more reasonably priced then our old hometown in Michigan as well. Can't recommend or thank them enough!

I had them put on my exhaust to my ford focus ST and they did a good job! They know what they are doing and welded my exhaust rather than using all the clamps that came with it, I appreciate the work and recommend coming here! 🙂

I was sure it was the powersteering pump. We set up a time and I took her in. Quickly done and so much less. It was a switch - they switched it out. lol. Replaced two belts that didn't sound good. So money wise...I was happy. And my car ran and sounded awesome. Thanks guys!

My car engine broke down on the highway and this was one of the closest mechanics I was able to be towed to. Even though it was past working hours on the Friday (5:30), they were extremely nice enough to help my car get fixed so I can continue my drive back home to Chicago. They found the problem right away and were able to quickly fix it. So glad they were able to stay the extra hour after work to help me out. They didn't bother charging me for the labor and the bill came out to be very cheap! These guys are a life saver!
