The employees at BJ's Tire Center were very helpful. I gave them a call when I was at a gas station a couple blocks away and explained I had a flat tire. They said they could take a look at it but made no promises it could be fixed the same day. I stopped by and thought it would be an issue that I had not purchased my tires there. They took a look and I was fully expecting to have to shell out money for new tires. Imagine my surprise when they told me they were able to patch it about an hour later! It's rare to find honest service like what I encountered. I'll be sure to buy my tires from BJs next time I'm tire shopping.

Will not be returning. Came in to get four new tires. There was no one at the desk and no one came to help us. Eventually we had to walk into the garage to find someone and then we had to wait another 30 min. The guy said the soonest he could get us in was the following week, which was fine so we paid for the tires and left. When we arrived for our appointment the next week there was no one there. The door was locked and there was no explanation. We had to go into the main store where they informed us the person working the tire store had left for the day. After going back and forth they agreed to schedule a new appointment for us the following morning at 9:30am. When we arrived the next morning, the tire shop told us they had moved our appointment to 2:30pm and that they did not have the tires we already paid for. Horrible experience.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending, belittling customers instead of providing any help. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend going here if you expect to be treated with respect. In addition they double booked my appointment and expected me to wait 4 hours.

A month ago I purchased Michelin tires to be installed. An hour prior to my first scheduled appointment, they called and informed me that they did not have the tires. I then rescheduled for 3 weeks later. The day before my new appointment I called and confirmed over the phone that they had my tires. The next day I dropped my car off and an hour later they called me to inform me that they did not have my tires. Not a single person apologized or offered to rectify the situation. They actually have no idea when they will ever have the tires.

Sales associate Juba was very polite and knowledgeable over the phone. My tire was in stock and was able to get an appointment the next day!

Arrived the next day at my designated time, my vehicle was completed in under an hour! Juba again helped me in person with all the questions I had. Extremely satisfied with the service. I will be returning and recommending to family and friends.

Came a few months after the installation for a flat tire and despite being understaffed, the technician serviced my vehicle on the spot as it was an emergency situation and it was covered under warranty. The Technician saved my day! I am very appreciative for his help, I wish I grabbed his name. Good people serving your vehicle at this location.

Very bad experience! Zero customer service they were understaffed, we booked an appointment a week before and the day of the appointment they had us waiting for 3 hours !

I just had new tires installed . The tires i wanted were not available but the Tire center manager were able to order and install them for when i needed and in an emergency situation . He was very helpful despite the understuffed location . The problem with this location is under stuffing and low reviews are not fair to the people working there . I'm very satisfied .
