They was the best price for the work I had done on my car in town. Supper nice employees that work there. Dropped off my car in the morning and by the end of the day I was able to get my care back. They also checked to see if things was ok why they was under my car for other repairs I may need soon. I know that if I need more work done on my car … I will call them first. They will continuously have my business. Thank you

Read this whole review so you won't have any regrets later .
If you care about your car , don't take it to this place ! I was deceived by the positive reviews and the fact the body shop looked fairly new . My 2016 Toyota Highlander was hit on the driver's side and needed repair on the front fender, side mirror ,driver's door ,passenger door , rear quarter panel , rear bumper , rear wheel . When i dropped my vehicle , i was told it would take about two to three weeks to have repaired . Vehicle was left on a Monday with the insurance check . I went back to get something in the car on Thursday and 60% of the work was already done . The other 40% took another 2 months !!! When the time came to pick my car , My weathertech winter mats were gone ! Rear bumper had over 1 inch gap from the quarter panel , the bottom of passenger door had a gap of over 2 inches from the body of the vehicle .It was supposed to be completely closed( This is unbelievable ! ) , Driver seatbelt was jammed , happened when they tried to fix the gap on the passenger door , the car had a nasty cigarette odor inside (Car was bought new and no one ever smoked inside ) . I told them to fix what was wrong and gave them another week . When i came to pic it up again i notice a scratch on the passenger door that was replaced .They tried to buff it out but couldn't . I also notice they painted over a dent on the front fender and a dent on the driver door that they were supposed to fix and Instead of installing i new side mirror (paid by the insurance ) they just replaced the glass on the old one that got hit and now it's falling apart because the glued they used couldn't hold it together( This i noticed today ) . The gas tank lid wasn't even painted on the inside and they had to do it over . They also left my engine compartment covered in bodyshop dust ! When i left the vehicle i told them to take a good care of the car that i would leave a great review about it . That's how they took care of it . Positive reviews can left by friends , employees , family members and people who don't know how to inspect their vehicles so be careful in what you chose to believe . I took the car home and after noticing other faults in different light conditions i went back to tell them what kind of review i'd be leaving . One of the managers told me that i caused the dents on the front fender and driver door . Then i showed him that there was no damage to the clear coat and paint and the dents were clearly ignored by the bodyman . He was lost for words at the moment and said i should do whatever i wanted regarding the review . I wish i could leave a 0 Star review . Now You know ! I honestly did not want to leave this kind of review and i told them that multiple times .

Had a scrape on the side of my car, and my insurance recommended Medford Auto Center. The paint looks like new, and the staff were all very professional and polite. Would highly recommend!

Edit: Had to return for paint work after a garage door closed on my car, and the work was again flawless (even for my unreasonable standards). I thought I noticed a missed spot, and they fit me in right away to have a look. It ended up being dried product, and Oscar cleaned it up in under 10 minutes, and added a fresh coat of wax. I wouldn't bring my car for body work anywhere else!

John and team are simply amazing. 5 stars for not only the exceptional customer service, but also work done to my car. I got in a fender bender a month ago and with the holiday coming up and me needing my car to travel across state, I was pressed for time.

I found Medford Auto Center online by typing in "Best Auto Body Shop in the Boston Area" and was directed to them. Consistency is key in this business and the other reviews on here are testament to what you can expect when you come to this place. I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that needed a new Bumper, Front Left Side Panel, New Headlight, etc. Not only did John and team get the job done in the time I needed my car back for holiday travel, but they also went the extra mile (pun intended) and cleaned all of dog hair out of my car. There was a ton, I can't believe it all came up.

In short, my experience was as follows:
1. I dropped off my car with John and team.
2. John orchestrated a car to pick me up and take me to Enterprise rent a car.
3. I received my rental car (that insurance covered)
4. I got a call from John days later telling me my car was ready.
5. I dropped of the rental car back to Enterprise rent a car.
6. I got a ride to Medford Auto Body
7. I paid $0 out of pocket. John worked with my insurance company for me to get the proper amount needed to cover all the repairs. These are all original parts as well, not after market.
8. I'm now able to travel to my family's house across state for Thanksgiving in my car that now looks better than when I originally bought it from the dealership.

Bravo to John and team. If you are needing any sort of repair, body work, etc to your car, I highly recommend Medford Auto Center. Take it from me, but also take it from everyone else leaving reviews, it's legit. 5 Stars!!

When I got rear ended almost 2 years after first discovering Medford Auto Center, I wasn't stressed because I knew I could count on the guys at Medford Auto Center - and I was right! They helped me navigate a not so user friendly insurance company, replaced my bumper in less than a week, and returned my car detailed on the inside and out.

I'll tell anyone who will listen - you can trust these guys and feel assured knowing they will do a spectacular job. Not to mention the entire team are genuinely good people.
