We have worked with Quirk for the last 3 years. I recently went in because my lease ended and I need to get a new car. Steve and Tim were patient, knowledgeable, and very relaxed when showing me new options and explaining each individual vehicle. They did not pressure me into purchasing and took their time to lay out numerous payment predictions of various vehicles. I ended up getting a new lease through Quirk and could not be happier!

Let’s just start with I seen there add for 2024 ram 2500 with the Cummins. It said -$9000 rebate plus -$10,000 dollars off for business purchase. The total out the door before rebates was $68,942. After both rebates the price was $49,942 before I went down there I talked with Steve twice confirming that price as I wondered as to how they had $20,000 dollars to play with on a $70,000 truck so so I drove down there from Gloucester I went in gave my business 1099. They asked for my schedule C. Then asked for my business portfolio. I gave all documents. Proving I have a business in the trucking industry showed my business checks with business name as well as my name on it (way more than I needed but it seemed like they were doing all they could to say I could qualify for this rebate ). Then after many legal documents they said ok you are eligible for both rebates. I said to them. Which banks to send the loan info over to. At this point I’m getting all the notifications on my phone of whom and company’s that are pulling my credit report. Not one of them in which I asked for at this time Scott came over to me (At this time the original salesman is Colby. Really great kid and not to blame in any of this ). Scott comes over I say to him how come none of the banks I requested are coming up. He looked at me like “how did I know “. So he walks back over to his desk five minutes later only one of the banks pulled my credit so my wife says to me. Call the bank in which I’ve had 6 brand new car loans from. Including 2 that are still standing. In which I have impeccable credit with. So I call them. They get me to there underwriters that reviewed the loan they say to me $0 down and x a month I said ok while I’m on the phone with them Scott comes back over and said the bank denied your loan unless u put $8300 down. Now Scott not knowing im on the phone with the underwriters of the finance company I say to him that its impossible he then said well thats the deal. The lady I had on the phone said to me that the financing is approved and its good to go. Scott had no idea that I already had to terms infront of me in an email from that finance company all that quirk had to do was submit it and I was driving off. So morel of the story is they tried to grasp on anything because they were trying not to give me all the rebates and was looking for any disqualified and once they realized it wasn’t gonna happen. They threw out the well the banks wants $8300 or they won’t finance you. I laughed the $8300 in cash was to cover the cost of the price that they were loosing there shirt on the truck which I already had a feeling so they blamed the finance company not knowing who I was on the phone with. So I terminated the deal. In the last couple years I’ve bought 2 brand new Chevy trucks from quirk in Braintree and also bought a new suv for my daughter in Braintree all documented. Then they go and pull this scam in which I seen it all along Especially after I called four different dealerships. With the build specific truck and after I asked how they were giving that deal three dealerships on the north shore all said the exact same thing “ there isn’t that kind of money to play with in these trucks “. So after this I’m sorry to say that I will never use quirk ever again. I don’t care what kind of deal it is. They lost a good customer. I buy brand new cars every 18-24 months And haven’t had a problem in 25 years until now Thank you!!

Five years, two trucks later... Came in and received excellent service from Chris, Steve (again) and Will. These guys are awesome and always get me taken care of.
And yes... I got the blue showroom Jeep!

Original Review... Never had a bad experience at this location! Three years ago leased a minivan very hassle free from Steve. Came in today got more than I was looking for at a better price with Howard! I don't think I see myself ever going to another dealership. Come here and see Howard. Very upfront and transparent. Just an overall awesome experience.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I bought a truck from another dealership not knowing about this Marshfield dealership. 2 years later my truck started having serious mechanical issues, when I called the dealership in WEYMOUTH, (NOT QUIRK) They told me they couldn't fit me in for over a month and truck would need to be left for 3 days. So I called numerous dealerships pleading for help LUCKILY I found Quirk Jeep and Ram in Marshfield and was so lucky to speak to Nick. I not only was treated with the utmost professionalism and respect, Nick actually listened and was concerned. He made me an appointment and assured me they would do everything in their power to resolve my issues
PRETTY IMPRESSIVE CONSIDERING I DIDNT EVEN BUY MY VEHICLE THERE. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Barry who got me in on time, had the issue diagnosed, picked up parts from the warehouse and truck repaired in ONE DAY!!!! I was followed up with a phone call from Nick making sure everything went well. I CAN NOT THANK THESE 2 GENTLEMAN ENOUGH! I definitely learned a lesson today, my next lease will be purchased AT THIS DEALERSHIP! A vehicle is only as good as the dealership that will stand behind it. No more GOOD BROS DODGE! From now on I will only do business with Quirk Marshfield. Thanks gentleman for going above and beyond it is SOOOOO MUCH APPRECIATED! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! A+++++

Barry and Chris, Service Advisors, are very accommodating and respectful with my vehicle. Responds immediately to my emails and calls. Bobby, the service technician is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. They replaced a water pump in my Hellcat and everything went as planned. Highly recommend especially with SRT vehicles.

I called to schedule service of my '21 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - service department refused service since I didn't purchase the vehicle there. I guess I won't be purchasing any new Jeep's there!
Ridiculous policy for loyal Jeep owners!!
