We paid almost 200 dollars for my daughter’s gala dress that she got fitted for but unfortunately we had to take her out of the class because it didn’t fit with our schedule anymore. I emailed them to let me know when I can go pick the dress up since we couldn’t get a refund and they never notified me, I had to email them and they told me I can go pick it up. We went and got it and the dress was 3 sizes too small for my daughter. I emailed them twice asking if it was a mix up because she got fitted for it and they never replied when they are usually are really good at replying. Was going to enroll her again but we’re definitely going a different route.

Wanted to note that my daughter is very tall for her age so we were thinking maybe they swapped it for another dancer’s because they got it too small.

Their customer service is non-existent. I called and emailed back in May in an attempt to schedule a princess birthday party for my daughter in September--a four-month window. I only got a response from these people after following up myself via phone and email, and the email I received basically said "We are on summer break and still trying to figure out who is available for a September party." After that, radio silence. I emailed them back close to September. No response. Take your business elsewhere. These people are either completely incompetent or apparently only pretend to run a customer-facing business. Or maybe both. I wonder if they will find the time to respond to this review, what with all the free time they have ignoring customer emails and phone calls.

My 3 year old daughter has been attending the Pixie Palace fine arts program here for just under a year. I cannot brag about this studio enough. I feel so blessed to have come across such a kind, welcoming, and determined team to help guide my daughter in her passions. My daughter has always been the one to step away from the crowd and go her own way. She definitely presented some challenges when first beginning classes but Miss Erin and Miss Jessy communicated with me openly the entire time and dedicated so much patience and understanding to my daughter. She now absolutely loves her class and looks forward to it every week. Her separation anxiety is no longer present as long as she’s at the dance studio because she knows she’s in good hands. Thank you all for everything you do ❤️

I have been dancing here since I was 3 years old and have had such an amazing experience. All of the teachers are so nice and push you to your limits. There are many opportunities here, which I think is very nice for the students. I help teach 2 classes and I love teaching them alongside with dancing in my own class. Miss. Michelle makes everyone's experience very magical. Great for ALL ages.

My daughter celebrated her sixth birthday at The Pink Slipper over the weekend and we were so impressed! Parents and children alike loved the experience. Miss Michelle put time and attention to every detail, making this an amazing experience for everyone!

I attend the Silver Slippers adult ballet classes, for mature adults. The class is good for me because it provides me movement and stretching with enjoyment. Our instructor has true care & compassion for our special group because she has a personal understanding of our needs and capabilities. She also provides flexibility and no pressure, which I appreciate.

The ladies running the Pink Slipper ? Dance Studio are truly amazing. They are so patient and encouraging to my 3 year granddaughter, it is adorable to watch. It's a great activity for her.
