When I first moved to Massachusetts about two years ago I was in need of an auto repair shop. I came across Frank's Auto from a goggle search and the service has been phenomenal. Patty and her team are diligent, honest and committed to ensuring customers receive the best. This is the closest shop to my house so I’ve tried to bring my car here four times. Every time they either don’t answer the phone and then don’t return my message or they turn me away because they’re too busy.

response to the owners comment on my review; my car needed a tie rod, they absolutely replace tie rods on 20 year old Subarus. They didn’t know what my car needed because they never called me back or picked up the phone when I called. They did not refer me to anyone else. I stopped in there in person about a year ago to have an oil pan put in a Honda fit and they said they didn’t have time due to the holidays coming up but also did not refer me elsewhere. Take their word for it, not mine. They’re too busy for your business, go somewhere else.

I had my brakes done at Frank's today and I will absolutely be going back anytime I need something done! Great, quick service, very reasonable pricing and Patty is awesome... friendly, informative, honest and won't push for anything extra that you don't need done. Highly recommend!

Discovered this little gem of a place last year. This is a woman owned business, (you go girl!). Patty is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I Felt at ease the second I walked in. Prices are reasonable and her mechanics appear very capable. So glad I discovered this place.

Patty phoned me and accommodated my service time request.
On the day of service, I arrived and was met by Patty. My car was taken in moments thereafter, and my service was completed in a very timely and professional manner.
