I contacted Mr Jean because the good reviews.
I got couple of snow blowers that I need it to be start it up and one of them has gas leaking (I thought) He told me that he was going to fix them for me. When the snow comes I went out to blow the snow and the one that has gas leaking wasn’t working and it has the gas leaking still.

I called him that the snow blower wasn’t working he took a week to come back to check the snow blower wasn’t and he told me that all the snow blower has a gas leaking when you prime them to much, so I told him that he charge me $500 to just start 1 snow blower and put a pull start line on one he walked away and didn’t responded me.
That is ridiculous!!

Jean is Awesome. I called him because my snowblower wouldn’t start—neither the rip cord nor the electric start worked. To my surprise, he was at my house within an hour of my call. Jean quickly diagnosed the problem, and in about 45 minutes, my snowblower was working perfectly again.

Not only did he fix it, but he also took the time to explain how to properly maintain my snowblower to avoid similar issues in the future, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he noticed my lawn mower needed servicing and offered to take care of it right then and there. He did an excellent job on the mower as well, all in the same visit!

Jean is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work and his professionalism. I will definitely be calling him again for any future repairs and would recommend him to anyone in need of small engine repairs or maintenance!

Who wants to haul a snowblower to a repair shop and wait for weeks and pay more? My TroyBuilt snow blower wasn’t starting and I called Mr. Jean and he showed up at my house the next morning and fixed it in 15 minutes. You can call him on any small engines. Snowblowers, lawn mowers and etc.

What a convince and professional service that cost less! I am happy I called Mr. Jean!

I contacted him this morning about a snow blower that would not start. I quickly received a reply that he would be out today 2-4pm. He arrived around 4, fixed the snow blower, and charged a decent price. I highly recommend!

Last week I took out my snow blower to see how it was running before winter came. It wouldn't kick on, and I got anxious. I called Mr. Jean on Friday (after thanksgiving) and he was able to come three days later and fit me into his schedule. Mr. Jean was punctual, arriving directly in the window they provided. They were extremely helpful and polite as well. In almost no time they had the machine running as good as new. It was such a great experience, I would recommend them to anyone who needs help in this space.

Mr Jean was very friendly and did a fantastic job getting my snowblower and lawn mower tuned up and started (including sharpening the mower blade) all in one visit. On a separate visit he replaced the automatic starter for the snow blower. On both occasions the work was completed at the price he originally quoted and he was effective with all communication throughout the process. I recommend Mr Jeans services.
