Everyone knows how hard it is to find a trustworthy mechanic. I’ve been jaded enough in my past to have become the skeptic I am today when it comes to car repair. Bob was a busy guy when I walked in, but he committed to making time to investigate my car’s engine light codes. Bob was very communicative via text while working on my car. He completed the necessary work in a very reasonable timeframe and at pickup he took the time to educate me on the functionality of some parts on watch, and advised when I should use aftermarket vs OEM parts. I’m so glad he was recommended by a helpful associate at Bedford Auto Parts. Bob is truly the most humble and helpful mechanic around!
