My car got towed by this company and I paid 200 $ dollars to get it back. But my issue was I was trying to reach out them almost one hour even if I was in front of their office and finally I guess the manager pick up the phone and told me that i should have called them or go there like in works hours but I know they supposed the have someone to provide service over there for people who wants their car back not everyone able to come their place in office hours I saw a lot of company they have open 24 hours . Also I am still thinking that 200 for towing is overcharging and overly priced . Manager was not helping me on the phone he was like you have cash you have this bla bla .. and suddenly hang up on me. I got my car after one hour later . Poor service .

Just had the WORST experience with this horrendous company.
The owner is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, condescending, and has a huge chip on his shoulder. Not the way to treat a client or run a business.
There are so many other towing companies in Waltham, and we will be using those companies from now on. We own 2 parking lots and will never recommend this company.

Glad I went here on a recommendation! I had some work done on my son’s truck. Jason and team went above and beyond. I went there unannounced and he gave me an estimate within minutes. It was painless to schedule and I brought the truck in and was done quickly and it looks great. Jason is very personable and helpful and easy to work with. I’m glad I was able to have the work done by a local family business. I would highly recommend going to Ramsay’s for any of your auto-body needs!

I would give 0 stars if possible. The most unprofessional and dishonest company. I had a "pleasure" of dealing with them when they towed my truck from the legally parked spot. It is their regular practice to drive around and target out of state vehicles and tow them even if the vehicle is legally parked. They have a very lucrative business with the renters association. Once they tow your car you have no way to get your money back even if you did nothing wrong. When questioned about how do they know how long the car was there for they get hostile and even threaten you. Showed them prove that they towed my ar illegally, they got aggressive. I am not the person that will just pay and go away. I will expose this company for their practices and stiffing people out if their money.

Great experience. Needed a new door, Ramsay's was one of the preferred shops for my insurance. Car went in Monday, ready Friday, as promised. I know my way around cars and everything looks good - alignment, reinstall of panels, etc. Car washed and vacuumed to boot.
