Su falta de comunicación hará que tu experiencia sea una pesadilla. Entré y hablé con uno de sus mecánicos sobre la obtención específica de una "inspección de vehículos de TNC", aunque hacen las inspecciones de manera eficiente y rápida. No tienen ningún respeto por sus clientes, en otras palabras, no les importa el servicio al cliente. Cuando me di cuenta de que me dieron una inspección regular en lugar de TNC, llevé a su atención y el tipo que me asiste me dijo: "La inspección de vehículos es inspección de vehículos y TNC es TNC. Al final me dijo: "Haz lo que quieras" y me dio la espalda. Están ahí para ofrecer estos servicios. ¿Por qué ponerse así cuando algo no va bien? Solo estaba tratando de encontrar una solución. ¿No le importó ver la pegatina de inspección que ya tenía en mi parabrisas?

Resumen: Falta de profesionalismo, no asumió la responsabilidad, no proporcionó una solución, se comunicó muy mal, personal grosero.

Ah, y terminó cobrándome 35 dólares en lugar de 15 dólares, que es el costo de la inspección de TNC. No se disculpó, no ofreció un reembolso parcial. ¡Qué broma!

PST. No estoy tratando de dejarlos en mal, solo estoy compartiendo mi experiencia con ellos porque en realidad no es la primera vez que les pasa algo así.

While taking my daughter to the nearby children’s hospital we experienced a issue with my car, being alone with my child in an unfamiliar area I was a bit panicked. Tony took my car immediately and made me feel safe and comfortable. He and the other mechanic quickly figured out the problem and luckily it was an easy fix. They were polite and super helpful and didn’t take advantage of a situation which so easily could have happened. Would 100% recommend and wish I lived closer as I would make them my everyday mechanics! Very thankful for their help!

This has been my favorite gas station for years. For auto inspection stickers, they are very efficient. And they promote a sense of trust by allowing the customer to watch the inspection from chairs nearby.

And what really delights me is the positive attitude of the boss and workers. This is really appreciated. Inspections can be stressful. They have been wonderful helping to provide an environment that helps put the customer at ease before, during, and after the inspection.

Unorganized and unprofessional. I went in for a car inspection and dropped my car in the waiting area and informed them I would be waiting. While doing so, 3 other people showed up after me and all had their cars inspected before I had my time. When they finally took my car in, I walked 5 minutes back to my house to log into work. When i get back they inform me that they could not complete the inspection due to items in the backseat, to which I replied, I can take those out right now. Instead of leaving me car in the bay, they backed it out and saw another 3 customer before I decided to leave. No to mention all the mechanics were on their phones the entire time I was there, which was more than an hour and a half.

Edited to address the response: You informed me you couldn't access the back and I told you I could take that out in under a minute, which I did. In the meantime, you decided that this was such an inconvenience to you that I went to the back of the line. Also, very professional way to respond to a review

Slow service and very unhelpful. I informed they I have to be home in order to clock into work by a certain time and was assured my car would be ready. Low and behold, they didn't even have my car in the bay when my work started. I had to leave before being seen after waiting for 1.5 hours.
