I had some trouble with my car (2003 Mercedes C240) not starting this week, it wasn't the battery and I couldn't figure it out on my own so I had it towed to Village European. They were very helpful and updated me throughout the diagnosis process via text (explaining what was wrong, providing cost estimates, etc). They had parts ordered and the repair complete within 1.5 business days which was awesome - I would highly recommend Village European.

I can't say enough good things about Village European in Concord! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the level of customer service. Jacob is a true professional who clearly knows his stuff when it comes to European automobiles. After I had a horrible experience at Mercedes Benz in Natick, a mechanic I trust recommended Village European as the best and most trustworthy mechanic to service my Mercedes. Village really went above and beyond to answer questions and service my vehicle while prioritizing my best interests. They have since promptly answered a couple questions by email with helpful information and advice, and even though the location is inconvenient for me, I will not take my car elsewhere.

This shop used to be called "The Benz Den" - i found it on an old MB forum as I was searching for someone to help me tackle some hard projects on my 1972 280SE. Dave is very knowledgable with these old cars and helped me modernize the ignition system and bring a lot of lost power back to the old beast, plus update a very very broken brake system with hard to find parts. Highly recommend them for your vintage or newer European cars.

Jake and the team at Village European saved me! My car became dangerously unsafe to drive almost instantly. Despite being very busy and my emergency unscheduled they took care of it. Jake very quickly found the issue with the car (which other repair shops had recently missed) and took detailed photos and spent time explaining everything to me. When I showed up to collect the car they had saved the damaged parts so I could view if interested. They went above and beyond and were clearly experts with this make and model. I can drive it now with the utmost confidence and know that in future my car will be in great hands. The repair shop is also so well appointed and comfortable to wait if necessary. I can't thank them enough and I won't ever go anywhere else. You get what you pay for and this team is worth it!

After a recent storm damaged the exhaust pipe on my Audi I found myself at Village European through AAA recommendation.

I had to get the car towed and showed up at the shop without prior notice. Upon showing up Jake and Dave came out immediately and without hesitation inspected the damage and stopped the tow truck driver from removing my car so that they could protect my exhaust from further damage.

They got my car in for a look same day despite every spot in the lot being full.

All the work they did was communicated to me efficiently , well documented and felt professional. They repaired my vehicle within 48 hours and serviced it as well.

I appreciate their diligence and communication. I will be back.

I can't praise this place enough! After some disappointing experiences with other local mechanics, I contacted Village European and spoke with Jake. Despite their being fully booked, Jake told me to bring in my car. I wasn't sure if my sensors were broken or I needed new tires, because I kept getting "check tire" messages Jake checked them on the spot and within a couple of hours, he found and repaired a leak.

As others have mentioned, their labor costs are a bit higher, but you get what you pay for and this service is the best. I also believe you can't put a price on the peace of mind knowing the job was done right. I will be using them in the future for any necessary work.

Update 11/22. I once again found myself at Village European on the day before the Thanksgiving holiday. The mechanic on duty stopped what he was doing to inspect my tires. Unbelievably kind staff and topflight customer service.
