Fennel House was the perfect place for my baby shower, it was everything I was looking for! It provided a cozy and unique space for our 40 guests and fit our farmers market theme so perfectly! Brita is incredible to work with! We used her catering, With Flour in her Hair and were so impressed with every single thing! She was so great to work with for our gluten free friends. I would have an event here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

Where to begin…this place feels like a second home to me. I’ve had my baby shower here, taught workshops, attended dinners hosted by Brita for Women in small business, done photo shoots here, vended at markets, the list is endless. Not only is the environment warm and inviting but Brita makes the space a dream to be in as a renter, when attending an event, or even just to stop in to pick up your freshly baked birthday cake (which oh yeah, Brita can do that too) 10/10 would recommend.

Fennel House Studio (and their off-shoot catering business, With Flour in Her Hair) is by far one of the BEST hidden gems on the North Shore. I've worked with Brita & Nico in a few different capacities over the past year or so - from renting the studio for a photoshoot, to attending their "Breaking Bread" women in small business networking series, holiday markets and yoga classes, to even hosting my own baby shower there - each experience has been top notch.

Not only is the space beautiful and well curated, but you can tell how much passion, intention, and hard work Brita & Nico put into each project they take on and how much they care about their community.

For our baby shower, I was looking to do something a bit unique and was planning a ~45 person co-ed, cocktail hour style party with no traditional games or gift opening. This was no challenge for the Fennel House team - they completely understood the assignment and with the help of my mom and friends completely brought the vision to life. Afterward, every single guest couldn't stop raving about the beautiful space, and how AMAZING Brita's catering was (and that's saying a lot since she made some delicious Italian options for my Italian, food obsessed family)! The day was perfect, and that's in large part thanks to Brita & Nico!

This place and it's owners hold a very special place in my heart, and I can't wait to continue to watch them grow!

What a hidden gem Fennel House Studio is! I am so glad we found it. It was absolutely perfect for my daughter-in-law's bridal shower. It's such a unique and fun space that worked wonderfully for our 30ish guests. The sofa space is perfect for gifts. Not to mention how patient and helpful Brita was with our many requested accommodations. She's the best and the space is just fabulous!

I hosted an intentional mom's dinner at Fennel House for 15 guests and not only did Brita take care of every darn detail - but she did it in such a stress-free way. I completely put all of my trust in her and I was not disappointed - and the guests were THRILLED with their experience! The lighting, the decor, music, it was all so wonderful and Brita could not have been better to work with. I was OVERJOYED beyond expectation.

Stoked to see this addition to Downtown Beverly! The space is perfect for my needs- an open, bright and clean space. The owner was so caring and generous (She even had cookies for our clients!) Talk about service. The communication with Brita was flawless, highly recommend the space to any creative.

Also, the gear that is included in the rental is a timesaver! So nice not to lug around C-stands...

I've now hosted two events at Fennel House, and had seamless experiences both times! It is the perfect space for intimate events, and gatherings. Brita, the owner, is easy to communicate with, kind and hospitable. The space is clean, bright and the perfect slate for your vision! I highly recommend hosting your next gathering, workshop, or photoshoot at the Fennel House Studio!

I love Fennel House. I was an art vendor for an event and Brita was so kind and helpful. The space is stunning - high ceilings, beautiful floors, and the kitchen is just gorgeous. Brita is a joy to work with and the space is great.
