I’ll give a 5 star. I love supporting local business. They do a great job. However. I had… the weirdest experience. I dropped my car off at 10am. Arrived at 4:30pm with no call or indication it was ready. I inquired about the status. It was being test driven to ensure everything was in working order. I needed to step out as I was waiting for 6 hours for the repair. So the extra 10 mins seemed inconsequential to retrieve my wallet after I’d arranged different forms of transportation. I was then told I was “Not very nice” for stepping out as they closed at 5. I just literally wanted to pay and leave. Thank you for fixing my brakes. I’m a proponent of supporting local business. But I truly walked away saying “Was that a joke?” Bob was lovely. A perfectly informed man that works on foreign vehicles. Whoever was checking me out was possibly in a bad mood? I literally ask for the bare minimum. And the temperament changed as we tallied the bill. But it felt so gratuitous and rude. Again. Requesting just a repair. No car wash. No frills. No coffee bar. Just a repair and an exit. I’ll give a 5 star as it’s important to businesses of all scales. Particularly small businesses. But I’m actually happy to go to faceless mega corporations for BMW service it it deflects from the energy of someone exhausted beyond belief at the concept of someone paying a bill nearing closing. I’m low maintenance in general and don’t typically divulge reviews as I’m aware there is a myriad of things that impact service. Especially at the end of a long day. But just the civility of the interaction. So thank you for the brakes. And I was happy to wait. I just was appalled by the final reception. That fluctuated as we moved through the process. But “that’s not very nice” vocally expressed as I received no indication anything was complete besides showing up uninvited. I would’ve been happy to retrieve the vehicle hours earlier as not only did a significant amount of money go into the repair, but it monopolized my whole day. Like kindness goes a tremendous distance and takes nothing besides being a civil human. It wasn't aggressive behavior. Just rude and not appreciative. I’m assuming based on the time frame. Which I didn’t control. So I wish your business the best of luck and I’m assuming it’s been operating for decades. But like. As a semi outsider. I genuinely drove away with amazing brakes saying “Really?”

On a trip, I had a tire go bad. I called one local place who did not carry tires but recommended Bob Denley’s. They were close to the highway and were able to get me one new tire so I could get back on the road in less than 1.5 hours. Great service and location.

We got a flat tire on the Mass Pike and long story short, had to leave our car at a quality inn parking lot. They had someone drive out and take a look at the car before we even got it to the shop, and eventually uncovered that the wheel had a massive crack. Quickly replaced both the tire and the wheel for us!!! So grateful for their thoroughness and speed with getting us back on the road!!

Great work, takes care of everything that needs to be done quickly and with care. Bob is very knowledgeable on foreign cars.

Today I had a flat while going to work and got reccomended this place and I couldn't be happier. I called in and they were happy to take me on such short notice. Work was done so fast I was able to drop off and pick up my car within 45 minutes with an oil change too.

If you need a great trusted mechanic, Bob is the guy.

We had an alternator die on the interstate. Bob got us back in working order same day, even though we just showed up with a broken car. He was awesome!

Outstanding! I was an out-of-towner driving a borrowed car when the check engine light came on. I was in need of an immediate assessment and a very quick repair. Even though the lot was full of cars, and Bob was clearly slammed, he accommodated me. He called me back at about 8pm with what I needed, which should tell you all you need to know about his dedication and professionalism. I didn't even have the time to allow him to repair it, so he gave me winning advice on how to get the poor car back to NJ safely. And for that expertise, peace of mind, and a couple of bottles of power steering fluid, Bob charged me a grand total of 20 bucks. Not cool that I couldn't let him do the repairs, which would have been my wish. Please do me and yourself a solid by giving him the courtesy I could not, and let this honest broker fix it right, next time your car acts up. Thank you, Bob!

Best car service ever! Our car got a flat on the toll road near here on day 1 of a 5 day road trip with two little kids and a cat. We ended up needing 4 new tires right at closing time. Bob knew who to call to get our less common tires in, put them all on and saved our road trip. Thanks again!

Very happy with the friendly & professional service I received. Bob made room for me in a tight schedule & could not have been nicer and more helpful. He shared with me the highly sophisticated computer program that specifies the correct oil & filter for my Range Rover Velar. I was initially concerned that I might receive a generic oil change that may have jeopardized my warranty. Bob showed me exactly what the specs called for & the specific containers that went into the engine. I felt confident & very glad I came there.I will be a repeat customer for sure.
