Had a service warning on my dashboard that the drivers door contact switch was showing a code. I was having intermittent difficulties locking the car and operating the power windows. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Service Advisor Ethan was most helpful and kept me informed throughout with text updates. I picked up the car the following day and it was all fixed under warranty. Excellent service: courteous and efficient. Highly recommend this dealership! Thanks so much.

Came in for recall. Service took less time than I was told. Pleasant, comfortable waiting. More than happy to do the hour drive each way than dealing with Northampton VW which I have found sleazy. Assume text telling me of progress is standard these days but Ethan followed up personally and seemed concerned and responsive to me and my needs rather than making an extra buck for the dealership. Free coffee and water.
