I recently had the pleasure of visiting Haddad Toyota while traveling, and despite my initial apprehension about taking my 2016 4Runner to a different dealership, the experience was exceptional. I needed an oil change, and from the moment I arrived, the service I received put me completely at ease.

Kelsey, the representative, was both professional and knowledgeable. She not only addressed my concerns but also went above and beyond by suggesting a prepaid Toyota maintenance package that could help me save money over time. Her expertise and proactive approach truly impressed me.

Victor Ramos, the technician, further enhanced my experience. His deep understanding of vehicles—especially modified adventure vehicles with custom parts and suspension—was evident as we chatted about my 4Runner. Victor’s friendly and reassuring demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I appreciated his willingness to share his insights.

Overall, my visit to Haddad Toyota turned out to be a highly positive experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by both Kelsey and Victor. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for professional and knowledgeable automotive care.

Jessica is very good at explaining what needs to be done and when it can be completed. Friendly and easy to speak with her. This dealership knows the meaning of excellent customer service. I bought a brand new car from them. Even though there are other Toyota dealerships closer to me, I choose to drive the one hour and fifteen minutes to have them perform the (so far) routine maintenance on my vehicle. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They explain everything. At my 15,000 mile service the technician even sent a quick video to my phone detailing what he had done. And the waiting area is clean and inviting, with free refreshments!

When my wife and I recently traveled out of state to purchase a Lexus RX450h at a different dealership, we drove it home about 600 miles.

Something was slightly "off" about the car's handling and there was a very subtle vibration, almost like when the car was prepared for sale with new tires they weren't balanced correctly.

I went down to Haddad Toyota and ordered 4 Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires. Today I had the greatest experience of getting them mounted and an alignment done.

When I was checked in, I was quite adamant that I would not be getting an alignment if it was within specifications. I also requested that if a alignment was needed could they kindly print the before and after specs for me.

Let me tell you my service writer Kelsey kept me informed every step of the way, and my technician Scott M. blew it out of the water for expectations! Scott carefully removed our cars luggage area cover and safely placed it on the floor and folded the seats down. But he didn't stop there, each one of my tires they took off (that I planned to keep since they are new) were carefully placed inside a plastic bag and gently put into the car for me to take home.

The performance of my new tires are night and day compared to the ones taken off. The 4 wheel alignment that was performed by Scott increased the handling of the Lexus back to how it should feel from the factory. I'm very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail, they are of the highest upkeep and standards that Toyota/Lexus could ask for.

In addition, the print out of the alignment shows that it was out of spec enough that whoever mounted my original set of tires prior to me buying it out of state didn't bother doing an alignment or didn't understand how to setup a RX450h.

This a great testament to Haddad Toyota! I knew something wasn't quite right and now it's top notch and my tiny vibration is gone.

Just goes to show that Toyota/Lexus technicians know their own cars! Had I left it the way I bought it from a trade in at a different brand dealership, it would have never felt right.

Moral of the story here is you can get tires and alignment at a speed shop, but you get what you pay for. In this case Haddad literally made my car feel brand new again!
