I was on my way to work at 5 am from Plymouth to Dedham and my engine light started blinking and my car starting puttering and losing power. Thankfully, I was near the exit to Kingston Auto. I pulled my car into the lot and left my keys on my front tire. I called an Uber to get to work planning on having to get a rental car for the commute home and the rest of my work week.
I called Kingston Auto when they opened and explained what I had experienced that morning. I was told that they would look at it and get back to me. I was called later that early afternoon and was told what the issue was and was very presently surprised of the turn around time and cost of the repair.
I highly recommend Kingston Auto for their honesty and professionalism in not only repairing my car in a very timely manner, but also their stellar communication and quick response to me.

Brought my SUV for a MA inspection sticker and was failed for the window tint being too dark. Explained that couldn’t be as the tint was the the darkest legally allowed. Told too bad, and drove off with a failed sticker on my vehicle. Had to drive to Weymouth to the place that did the tint to question the job done, the tech measured the tint with his meter and it was perfectly legal. I went across the street to get another sticker (and pay again) and passed with flying colors. Drove back to Kingston to question Supers equipment used in inspections (I couldn’t be the only one they failed) and to request my money back. I was told “You’ll have to deal with the Registry”, that I did. I filed a complaint against Super with the MA RMV, a couple of days later a nice gentlemen from the RMV met me, measured the tint rating again, found it perfectly legal, apologized and said a refund would be on the way. Noted that Super would receive a warning for shoddy inspections services. What should have taken 20 mins turned into a few hours on the day of the inspection and another hour a few days later. Terrible shop, terrible service, in particular the gruff old guy doing the inspections, who I believe is the owner.

The mechanic claimed to be knowledgeable bragging that he's been a mechanic for 30 years then after the work was done stated he "doesn't work on these vehicles". He charge a king's ransom and made the car worse than when we brought it to him. After the work was done, he inspected my car but my back & brake lights wouldn't work and the car stalled whenever we place it in drive or reverse. So, I was given a inspection sticker for a car who's lights don't work and who's engine doesn't work! I asked for some of my money back and he stated in no uncertain terms "NO"! Avoid this representative of Shell, he doesn't care about his customers and will gouge them for work he knows nothing about!
He also will pass vehicles that are unsafe under the state inspection!

gary is really great. i go there all the time. he is so honest and realistic and not afraid to recommend a place to have the work done cheaper - tires - can't say enough. go there.

Stopped in to get my car inspected. It was flunked because of an "exhaust leak", which I knew was total BS.. Went directly to my mechanic and he found no leak. Went to another inspection center and it passed. STAY AWAY.
