Phenomenal dance school! GDA is a second family for us. My daughter has thrived under the instruction of Miss Melissa and the rest of the staff. We have been part of the GDA family for almost 10 years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Our daughter has been going to Greendale Dance Academy for two years now and she is very much enjoying the classes and the teachers. Their recital was amazing with a professional videographer capturing the moment. Their summer camp offerings are amazing too. Musicals with at the end show on stage. We are having an awesome experience. All the teachers and staff are amazing!!! We highly recommend Greendale Dance Academy.

This dance studio has made such a difference in my daughter's life! When she expressed interest in taking classes, I searched for a dance studio that would foster her love of the discipline of ballet, etc, and teach her the proper terminology and techniques. I also wanted a studio that emphasized that dance is fun, that it's joyful, and that it wouldn't be so intense that it wouldn't be fun. I was looking for "rec league" dance. I found a highly professional studio run by experts that are well versed in the mechanics, discipline, and techniques of dance, that had high expectations of their dancers, but who had also created a fun, exciting, dynamic, family-style, loving, joyful environment. It feels like their students are their joy, and dance is their medium. I absolutely love that my daughter attends Greendale Dance Academy. She is hooked for the long haul- and is giddy with excitement when it's a dance day. She's normally very impulsive and a little feral, but in dance class, she is focused, attentive, and a hard worker who is proud of her control over her movements and her body, and is looking forward to learning french 🙂
Enroll your kid. They will love it. Melissa and Pete and their team run an incredible academy. My only regret is we enrolled her at age 7, and not earlier! Her confidence has blossomed, and she adores her teachers and classmates, and takes great pride in her work both in class, and in demonstrating what she learned each night at home after class. They consistently go above and beyond, and we are so thankful for them. Thank you, guys, for being the exact place my kid needs, and bringing her so much joy.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful the Greendale Dance Academy is. Miss Melissa is the kindest, most engaging person anyone could hope to have involved in a child’s life. My granddaughter loves the classes and summer camps but has a lot of trouble separating from her mother to go inside. Miss Melissa went above and beyond to calm her fears and every day was a happy fun packed adventure. She is truly passionate about her students. You will not find a better place to send your child.

This studio is amazing! I danced with Melissa as a kid when she first opened. Her studio has grown into a top studio where dancers are learning so much more than dance. This was my daughters’ first year at a studio and they loved every minute of it. The welcoming staff and organization of classes, pick up/drop off, and the recital is something you won’t find anywhere else!
This family business really treats the dancers and their families as their own!

My daughter has been attending Greendale Dance Academy since 2018 (she was 2.5). The dance family who owns and run the company are absolutely amazing people! My daughter absolutely loves it!
Miss Mellissa Singley loves all of her students. I was sold 100% during covid lockdown when she dedicated every night to reading a bedtime story via YouTube to all her "littles"; this beautiful act of kindness proved a dedication and support unlike what I have seen with other extra curricula directors.Not only that, it's super affordable!!!

Best studio out there! I took dance at Greendale Dance Academy for 8 years and loved every moment of it. Not only will your child experience incredible training, they will also gain a family and memories that will last them a lifetime. As a parent now, I always want the best for my kids which is why I had no doubt where my daughter would dance when she was finally old enough, I can’t wait to watch her have the same wonderful experience I had too!

Greendale Dance Academy is the best, most affordable dance studio around! The teachers are very talented and do a wonderful job teaching kids of all ages. My children have received an amazing dance education at GDA! We look forward to being part of the GDA family for many years to come!
