South Shore Ballet Theatre offers first-class, pre-professional, classical ballet training. This school is for serious dancers. My daughter has been with SSBT for nine years and has already had some wonderful dance opportunities due to the training she has received at this school. The director and teachers truly care for the students and their future ballet goals and dreams. The dancers are very talented and put on two beautiful productions a year (Nutcracker and a spring ballet). The studios are big, beautiful and clean and the students are all extremely friendly, welcoming and supportive of each other. This is my daughter's second home and she couldn't be happier!

My daughter has been a student at SSBT for 6 years, and it is her home away from home. The ballet training is at a very high, pre professional level, and the students are challenged in a supportive and encouraging environment. The faculty and student body are like family!

The many dance studios at the South Shore Ballet Theatre building are all beautiful. Last Saturday I attended a wonderful adult ballet class taught by Ms. Leslie Woodies. The class also included a great (piano) accompanest.
